i just beat normal Ragnarok, should i continue farm sutr, 100% epic, or like you blitzing epic to reach legendary?

Depends on what your goal is. You should be fine if you continue epic, farming Surtr is probably not necessary. Blitzing through epic is not that easy, you should at least do most of the quests to get enough level-ups. For casual characters I like to go a bit slower, visiting all corners of the map once. If you then get the feeling that your character is too weak you can still farm the last bosses you've already beaten.
