I saw a show on this tour in Boston, and was in the audience for the earlier show so I saw the live feed from inside the venue. Later in the day I was out getting food and I just happened to also catch him doing the entrance for the later performance. The Mandatory Fun tour was amazing.
megaherzfan Very cool. I've seen him twice on this tour, the first time I wasn't familiar with his recent material, and I loved the show so much I had to see him again. How did you catch him? Did you know the route or guess where he would be? The security guy at the Mann Center gave me the turnaround when I tried to find out which way he was going to enter the venue but I captured it on video. Now all I have to do is create a RUclips page!
mysticmaverick1 Before the show we noticed the camera crew setting up and running fibre optic cables around the grass area. It was a 50/50 chance that they were either a news crew or Al's crew (knowing how his entrance kinda works from previous shows). So, my friends and I decided to stay outside and watch this area. About 5 minutes before show time, Al came out and walked to his starting area. Needless to say, the cellphones came out (cause "we all have cellphones" [see what I did there???]) and he walked right over to us. It was AMAZING (to say the least).

***** My friends and I were talking about how we should have had one person inside filming the screen. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell that Al would get in your face like he did with us.
