Matt mercer and critical roll may be more popular, but hands-down you guys are better in every way at the true D&D experience: wacky, entertaining, bullshit
I was literally about to walk and go to the store. I get anxiety attacks from the noise and listen to podcasts and you guys to help. I just thought to myself "i wish i had another unexpectables episode" Soon as i said that i got the notification
I was also painting miniatures while listening, among other things like building a new cupboard to keep my D&D stuff more organised. Which is hard, because chaos is my creative mode.
On the topic of unexpectables being less professional than, say, critical role. I could never really get into critical role because they were so perfect an clean about stuff that I kinda felt lost? Unexpectables is relatable and real. I wouldn't want it any other way.
Very much agree. Critical Role feels too much like a "Show" for me and makes it come across inauthentic. These guys are just friends goofing around most of the time and it feels more relatable.
On today's episode of the Unexpectables. Gaius teaches music, Otho needs another language major, Ky gives "the talk", Isqan needs no map and Milo wishes he didn't have darkvision. Spoilers Below! Man, that was a great little episode. I always love when we start another Mage Vault dungeon delve. And what a great reveal of the major set piece. Love the idea of the big time stop bubble that feels like a warning. What on earth was the war? And that talk between the brothers Valentinius. For such a great scene, it really goes to show how good Bosco and Connor are at the improv side of thing. That tension was thick! And I am glad Ky was able to speak his piece. Though I also sympathise with Otho as his thoughts about what happened at Windemere do refelct what a lot of PTSD sufferers might feel as life goes on after a traumatic event.
I never really watch live,I wish I could but I got my own d&d night Wednesdays. Normally I just watch the VOD at work (like I'm currently doing now) thanks for keeping my sane in retail hell
Can't remember the last time I was this early watching as soon as it dropped. Might actually be the soonest! Let's Go! No Curse in Allotted Time Challenge!!!
Hey Bosco! Glad to hear you’re sounding healthier! 14:46 - It’s like listening to Saturday Morning Cartoons with yall. Don’t ever change please. 1:10:00 Could Margie put on gloves and learn how to Sign? When she’s done speaking with someone, she can take them off and hang them off the counter or by her apron. 1:11:49 I need some fanart of the Lye Down club loafing like cats stat! 1:24:03 (bombastic side eye to Donkeytail….) 1:28:47 (information added to theory….) 1:44:57 May I introduce you to potato pancakes? They are quite delicious.😋
that door puzzle should have been much easier to figure out. Remember, Gleam's vision was in what's today called Kutchner's cove, to the EAST was the dragon banner, to the WEST was the griffon banner. The mage vault they're currently in is to the EAST of that location, so the dragon banner was the flag of this mage vault's country
I thought the warp scale was logarithmic. Warp 1 is speed of light. Warp 2 is 10x the speed of light. In one book a ship had tested a wormhole drive and calculated a speed of something completely silly like warp 24. The idea that warp 10 is instant travel by being everywhere on the universe is completely stupid.

Same! The Unexpectables and the stuff from Stabbyness are the most fun for me to watch!

Ky and Otho having a serious conversation.
Then there are the other guys loving life and enjoying breakfast.

So I’ve been getting ads for Transparent Labs protein powder and all I can think of are the gym bros from the Vetrion worshipers in Centralia.

Gleam with a Kazoo is peak
I ship the Hearthlan and Delvarian captains
There's no such thing as "Boomer shooters"
They're called Doom Clones
I wonder how Lynn reacted to Gaius' moth buddy
Party forgots again that their Doctor is a golem, not an undead. XD

Mark, what did you do??

The worst Star Trek episode is Spock's Brain, wherein only men had intelligence and women didn't even know what a brain was.
Funnee kazoo dwagon
The worst episode of Star Trek is Spock's Brain, hands down.
EDIT: I forgot Code of Honor existed. Evil Space Wakanda was not a good episode.
False what?! I don't even know how to spell it?
Let's GOOOOOO--- (Communication error.exe)
You might need to turn the gain down or your keyboard or maybe try typing from further away.
