@@MetronaJ That's a relief, I thought we were going to have an even more awkward "shipping" than in Fates (with Corrin and any of his/her adopted siblings or even his COUSIN Azura).
@@wargamesmaster Honestly I never saw an issue with Corrin marrying Azura since royalty marrying within the family wasn't uncommon back in the old days. As a fantasy series taking place in a middle ages style era, it would feel inauthentic if you didn't have incest on some level lol. @@TMX1138 more like either if well normal veyle took sombron's fatal attack instead of alear or if you actually killed her in that last battle against her. if i made a mistake, im sorry
Why didn’t Sombron destroy Alear’s body (like say reduce his corpse to ash or smash him into bloody paste) after he died so that there wouldn’t be any way to bring him back, such as zombifying him as a Corrupted? On top of that, since Veyle was already considered a defect to Sombron, why didn’t he also kill her too? Also, why didn’t Zephia and Griss disregard Evil Veyle’s order to return to Sombron after he raised Gradlon after being granted “UNLIMITED….POWER!!!” from the Emblem Rings, so that they can make sure that regular Veyle never takes over her body again, even with the helmet working again, and ensure that Alear’s group gets massacred by Veyle’s Corrupted minions?
Alear was basically confirmed dead after his dragon stone broke so it wasn’t necessary. And the hounds probably didn’t think Veyle was capable of breaking free especially after the death of her treasured sibling(She wouldn’t have even tried if it weren’t for Alear’s encouragement)
@@TMX1138 As far as they knew there wasn’t. Humans couldn’t achieve such a feat, Veyle was brainwashed, and the rings were drained (and I doubt they knew about the ring secret power). And for the last question Zephia probably wanted her reward (And Griss just follows her)

I’m glad I saw this before I started shipping Veyle and Alear, that would’ve been awkward
Not like that hasn't stopped anyome with Eirika and Epheriam. Honestly, its fine if people ship this lol
You can have a S rank with Veyle as Alear???
