It was a tough ride with steep hills .i am glad you were persistent and stepped up to the challenge when you first failed and successfully completed the hill climb. Sorry to hear about the end of being an ambassador 😢. May you get more opportunities in the future to promote cycling. Mindy have a wonderful evening and Monday morning.

It's quite a trick to bike thru a busy thoroughfare with no clear bike lanes plus with vehicles on your left and motorbikes on your right... the country side scene is beautiful! Nice to see you ride with fellow SYN ambassadors, thanks for sharing Mindy and stay safe :D

I am not sure if Miso is in Thailand, i am sure i watched a video the other day, but it could also have been recorded a different time then recently uploaded. anyway, if she is in Thailand cycling it would be cool if you two meet up for a ride, chat, good food.

I got into riding as a sport to attenuate my asthma, which I had for years as a teenager and adult. I could so much feel the pain in this short scene, emotionally and physically. I am humbled by the fact that you still had the spirit to try again. Great job! And I really loved the series very much!

20 키로 오르막 .... 굉장하네요. 그런데 태국에도 로드 타는 사람들 볼 수 있었나요? 더운 곳이라서 과연 바이크 취미가 활성화되어 있는지 궁금하네요.. 라이더 일행의 자전거와 복장이 화려한 데다가 한국 또는 일본인같이 보여서 거리와 오토바이 탄 현지 사람들이 호기심을 갖고 막 쳐다봤을 것 같네요.
본인의 자전거 공기압 변속 쳌은! 당연합니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 어제는 90k! 오늘은 펌핑된 다리로 80k! 근데 날씨는 좀 선선하네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 스트레칭 준비운동은 선택아닌 필수템! ㅋㅋㅋ 힘든 라이딩에 숙면은 숙명인가요 ㅋㅋㅋ 어제보다 좀 빠른 속도로 고고~씽 ㅋㅋㅋ 신호 정지시 자·오는 함께 앞쪽에 정차! 혼자서는 못 다닐 것 같은? 맞네요 ㅋㅋㅋ시내 도로 라이딩! 쉽지가 않네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 이제는 시내를 빠져나와 한적하고 넓은 도로를 신나게 바람을 맞으며 갑니다! ㅋㅋㅋ 시내를 빠져 나오면 뭐다 오르막 내리막은 공식입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 약 20k 동안 상승고도 1000m이상! 와우~ ㅋㅋㅋ 페달을 돌리는 것조차 힘든 경사도 20k 오르막! 와우~ ㅋㅋㅋ 고생하셨습니다^^ 앞으로 더?! 컨디션이 안좋은 상태에서 무리한 페이스로 호흡곤란! 헉~... 끌바에 고소 공포증 배고픔까지! 힘들어도 즐거웠던 치앙마이 라이딩 여행이였네요! 그래도 도전은 나의 힘! 몬잼 성공! 몬일이래ㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 아무렇지 않은 거 맞네요 ㅋㅋㅋ역시 민댕님도 프로가 다 되었습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 힘든만큼 성취감도 큰 라이딩! 늘 안전하고 건강하게요 ㅋㅋㅋ 나이트 바지 시장! 민댕님 먹방도 천부적인 소질이 있네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 참 재미난 일이 많은 여행이였네요^^

Sometimes years in cycling is not enough...all cyclist still don't know the proper technique when climbing..
