Every few months I hit them up asking for the latest tune revision and let them know all of my mods. I've been told that it's the same tune (aside from trans tune updates), with or without the VGT. I have stock fuel, so maybe that's why. If I had bigger injectors they could probably play around with things.

Ah ok. I was torn between them and a MM3. No body hardly will tune a 5500 c&c except Motorops outta Canada. Plus they did emissions tune for me as well. What I have learned tho the c&c you can't just do an EGRless tune so I could keep the dpf and scr so if dot looked they think I'm 100% emissions compliant. 👮🏻♂️🙈
I heard PA, NY, NJ and Houston DOT are now looking for hotshots that have straight pipes and are deleted and placing out of service until they get their truck back to emissions compliance.
Ram BEAST Projects and Fleece is about to release a 2nd gen upgrade that includes a plug n play exhaust brake as well. Now tho I'm rethinking my delete options. Gotta find in a junk yard with a used dpf and scr and gut those so if dot does a look see. It'll "look" as tho I'm compliant. Just unplug the EGR plugs. 🤞🏻👍🏻
Lag lag lag city. Dude for what you do with the truck you should have gone with a 362 direct drop in . On stock fuel you will see 500 to 560 whp and have as stock drivabuility . And if you want 750 to 800whp yet retain stock or as close to stock response time a 369 should have been your choice. The s400 is going to be laggy as hell and forget boost below 1800rpm. So towing is going to be tricky . Yes you can play with the hot side and go smaller on the hot side but it will seriously sacrifice top end power. I'm sorry but for what you do you chose the wrong charger
@@matthewbeer4061 all I'm saying is when it comes to turbos size them for what your current set up is . Chargers are for the most part NOT one of them parts that bigger is better nor to use to grow into. And no it won't work well with stock fuel
I have the BW S369SX-E on my '14 2500 and I tried to steer Steve in the direction of the newer S300SX-E series. But many people in the diesel community are married to the S400 and confuse the S300SX-E charges with the older S300SX line, so it's not surprising that this was recommended to him. I don't think Steve tows anything and (with LBF) the truck might be decent to drive at low RPMs as long as you put your foot half way into the accelerator pedal. I'm going to guess it will seem a bit laggy, especially when compared to a tuned VGT. Shit, I consider the S369 a bit laggy when compared to the VGT. I guess we'll get to see how it works out in future videos.
@@monsterram6617 he goin to hate life with that charger on stock fuel. No amount of tuning will get this charger response time up and the truck will have less power and driveability on stock fuel. Sucks to be him spending all that cash for less power and drive.

Did you have to hook up a new sensor to the ac lines after removing the stock ones?
We didn’t have to remove them with this kit.

Randy Slagle I agree with you. Easily can make high power with a s300. With proper tuning and fueling. Hell my buddy has 719 whp out of a sxe 369.
