In Korea, we call this 'jochung'! It is used in so many traditional desserts. If you are going to make this, be careful when you wash the dishes. If you put jochung-stained spoon directly into cold water, It will stick strongly to the spoon. And stays eternally. Please don't forget to wipe your spoon with paper towels!
