Yeah what you all said is true.. She really never fails to apply emotions in all songs she sing. I remember her performance she sing "Hello" and she's telling the audience to help her get that sad emotion coz she's really happy that time. Simple like that makes her different to other singers out there plus the fact that she's really humble and down to earth person I've seen her once and let me hug her and take picture. I think that's what I really like her the most. Mori is one of a kind, a gold and a treasure..i just want her to get more success than what she's has right now coz she really deserve it. I just love this girl so much..

Yes you're right, Mori is such a warm, positive and humble person in real life (and also funny), and I guess all those traits reflected in her songs and how she performs them. You can't help but smile watching her sing, but also there is some kind of concealed sadness also felt there. But warmth is definitely her main trait, that's for sure.

This one needs a preface. This performance was at her "Mother's Day" concert, her mother was in the audience (they show her onscreen during the performance, she's wearing glasses). Morissette's mother sacrificed a lot helping her become the star that she is today. Morissette starts crying as soon as she starts singing "WIND BENEATH MY WINGS" to her. She's not belting, she's not doing any fancy tricks, she's just telling her mother how much she means to her. I also found your reaction to be warmly genuine. Kudos to you. I have been through competitions and reactions were so packaged. As a flutist with the Marine Band, when I stumbled upon Morissette's performance of Akin Ka Na Lang, I didn't know it was possible for someone as seasoned as myself to experience a sense of being vulnerable while still at ease. This dear girl gave me both.
"Akin ka nalang" translate to "Please, be mine". The song is sad, actually.

Morissette Amon aka "Asia's Phoenix" from the Philippines (Full Soprano) is known for a vocal range that spans 5 octaves and 7 notes. Currently she has 5.7 octaves, and an extensive, connected range, allowing her to transition in to other registers smoothly. Capable of riffs and runs throughout the voice and holding notes without wavering, her skills suggest good breath control, having a reverb, vocal fry, Melisima, Chromatic Scale, Crescendos, Amazing Vibrato, Crips Dynamics and overall technique. Known for her "Squeaks" and intentional vocal breaks, applies them both when jumping between octaves for artistic effect.

A few reactors have been lucky enough to attend her concerts and have a M & G afterward. Morissette is quite aware of her reactors and really appreciates them all. She did a 20 minute recorded interview with one reactor and was very humble and pleasant , treated the reactor as if they grew up together. She's very approachable by her fans.
There is a video of people reacting to her whistle note and she was on there reacting to herself, and she was screaming and jumping too funny. And YES, she is very humble, pure beauty inside and out, she loves interacting with her fans and takes the time and appreciates and gives hugs to all...My best quality from her is that she is genially real and very funny...OK...she's gorgeous too
