If you have been training for a while then when you do this you'll balance a handstand, if you kick up strongly you must train your forearms and wrists to catch yourself, but it's not necessary, kick up slowly on grass(it's better because you can grip the ground easily, another tip that'll help is pushing you shoulders out, because in a handstand when you fall forward you push yourself away with your wrists and your core must be tight, and if you elevate your scapula as much as you can your core will contract on its own (works even when your standing up normally) keep your legs straight before kicking up and always do attempts
can u make video on pushups variation for intermediate? i am able do 500 pushups in a day easily but i have no variation in pushups. please help me out
If you can meet all the required exercises I've shared in the video, I believe that you can start training for the planche right away. Achieving them will usually depend on your starting point. For example, if you're a complete beginner and haven't done any type of workout before, it will take quite some time to master the requirements. On the other hand, you will be able to do them more easily if you already have good fundamental strength 🙌💪
