Went to my first GA-FL game this year. Give Tim a GO DAWGS! for me.
Follow up question (from a place of ignorance) after the talk about yoga: don't many martial arts have a spiritual history? I've heard some believers speak against karate and mui tai. How do you sort that out when deciding how to train?
