However, one has to understand that we cannot negotiate with Sinhalea leaders carrying portrait of Praabharan or LTTE flag. We cannot win any solution until Tamil Diaspora carries LTTE flags in London, Geneva etc, and they are involved in local politics. Sinhala leaders are not going to accept it. Tamil leaders need to distance themselves from this LTTE supporters in Tamil Diaspora. We cannot push the Delhi to pressure Sinhala leaders while we keep praising LTTE and its past. In that sense, Sritharan will not be respected by Sinhala or Indian leaders. He cannot win any rights for Tamils. Sumanthiran is a moderate who has distanced himself from LTTE. Tamil Diaspora should stop funding politics in North and East and getting involved in the politics directly. They could be commentators. They could be investors on small development projects. 75% of the LTTE money is still with Tamil Diaspora. They are using our money given to LTTE one soverign gold per family etc. to pay to the politicians and then demand 10 times the value of what they gave. If Tamil Diaspora has funded the war, why then LTTE forced poor people to donate one gold soverign? Local businessmen and wealthy familes were forced to contribute more. The war was also funded by human trafficking, drug trafficking, credit card fraud etc. Why this man attack Sumanthiran is unknown. That shows his lack of education and understanding local and global politics. We cannot get a solution to Tamil problem by praising LTTE. Sinhala or Indian leaders are not going to talk to them. We understand the war has helped Tamil Disapora community to settle in western countries. There are still large number waiting for their refugee application accepted. We cannot push the Delhi to pressure Sinhala leaders while we keep praising LTTE and its past. In that sense, Sritharan will not be respected by Sinhala or Indian leaders. He cannot win any rights for Tamils.
Sumanthiran is a moderate who has distanced himself from LTTE.
Tamil Diaspora should stop funding politics in North and East and getting involved in the politics directly. They could be commentators. They could be investors on small development projects.
75% of the LTTE money is still with Tamil Diaspora. They are using our money given to LTTE one soverign gold per family etc. to pay to the politicians and then demand 10 times the value of what they gave.
If Tamil Diaspora has funded the war, why then LTTE forced poor people to donate one gold soverign? Local businessmen and wealthy familes were forced to contribute more. The war was also funded by human trafficking, drug trafficking, credit card fraud etc.
Why this man attack Sumanthiran is unknown. That shows his lack of education and understanding local and global politics. We cannot get a solution to Tamil problem by praising LTTE. Sinhala or Indian leaders are not going to talk to them.
We need someone distanced himself from our past. That is Sumanthiran but Tamil Diapora hate him because he does not want to praise LTTE and its activities. We understand the war has helped Tamil Disapora community to settle in western countries. There are still large number waiting for their refugee application accepted. These people should not use the people in North and East for their personal benefits or as the Jaffna Hindu Boys said this Tamil Diaspora is using them as Pagadai Kaigal. That is very true.
I am not a die hard supporter of Sumanthiran. I do not know why he hates Chinese investment in Sri Lanka. Why Tamils have to hate Chinese? Once Sumanthiran misunderstood a Baticaloa boy as Chinese and made a big issue. Very laughable and I hope he learnt from his mistake. He may be getting money from western countries to talk against Chinese or his wife business getting help. I do not know. Everyone need money to survive and politicians need more money. Sumanthiran may be getting fund from western goverments.
However, Sumanthiran like politicians are the last hope Tamils have to get a solution and stop Sinhala colonisation of North and East. If this man does not understand what Sumanthiran try to do, then this man is an arivu ketta nai moondam, in my opinion. May be he does not want solution to our problem, so he could be a hero by his little investment and creating hundred jobs.
Come on guy, use little bit of your money to get educated.
