- This video is a compilation of some more of Rook's coolest moments from Ben 10: Omniverse. Rook is my favourite character and I wish to share his awesome chadness with the fandom.

Honestly think it would have been better if it wasn’t literally 1 episode later (2 if you ignore the continuity error of ‘it was them’ being episode 5 when that episode was crashhopper’s debut who appeared in ‘so long, and thanks for all the smoothies’)

Yeah, I like to image they have a date where they just chat so they don't feel so sad
While I feel bad for Belicus and Serena, I also understand Ben's place, as they have threatened to trap Ben as Alien X until he catches up to their backlog, which ranges in the hundreds of thousands. Still some of the best characters in the show despite their limited screen time.

3:01 Lmao Rook was so indignantly pissed off that his accent slipped a little and was less enunciated. "Ah had to take mah final exahm" lols. That'd be so interesting if he deliberately changed his accent from the farm boy one he used to have to fit in better in the space cadet ranks.

I love omniverse so much (as you can probably tell), and Rook is just the cherry on top. Such an amazing character and an amazing foil to Ben. So much character development from season one, where he was more snappy and by the books. Then, when season two started rolling, he really felt like Ben's best friend. Gotta love him!
He’s cool, but having him replace Gwen and Kevin altogether was too bold of a move. It worked when Kevin replaced Grandpa Max for Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, but this, nah.
@@stephenking5852 Eh, to each their own, I guess. For me, Rook felt like a nice step forward for Ben, and a breath of fresh air for the series. As much as I love the UAF trio, I feel like Rook and Ben working together is a nice change of pace for the show in general, as it allows more room for writers to try new things. I don't have the same sense of 'replacement' when I think of Rook, nor do I get that feeling with Kevin in AF 'replacing' Max. It's just the story moving forward, and the writers wanting to play with new characters and personalities. They're still in the show either way, just not as prominent.

@@GoldPrince2468 It showed up once in omniverse but after that he probably sold it or gave it to his parents since they always rode on rooks proto truck
@@GoldPrince2468 He built the Tenn Speed as Jury Rigg. Motorcycles tend to get places quicker than cars, since they can avoid traffic easier and usually accelerate faster. I do love the design of his car, but the Tenn Speed is a great vehicle for Ben as well.

Bro!Rook should have had at least one more episode, they even mentioned it could take weeks for him to be back to normal. When he changed the Proto-Tool into a Thighmaster and the look on Corvo's face... it still kills me.

Love that they gave a lot of aliens accents. Shocksquach being one of my favorites.
I didn't start watching Omniverse until it was already over because I didn't like the art style. After giving it a shot, I grew to love the art style, even more then the original series. And when I saw that Kevin and Gwen were going to be taking a back seat to his new sidekick, I didn't like it. But now Rook is my favorite character. Right up there with Gwen and Ben 10K.
I feel like we'd have a lot more stories like this if more people were able to get over the "wall" that the art style change became. The series has so much good stuff to add to the story of Ben 10 overall that it's just. A massive shame that it got as much backlash as it did for just looking different :/
TBH I was just glad to see a new Ben 10 show again. Though I would like to see a Ben 10,000 show in the classic timeline.

NRG speaks with an Russian accent because Russia is known for creating many of the first nuclear weapons. Also the accent makes the alien more cool.
