Je kunt hem niet echt vergelijken met de gp510 want die is wel veel geavanceerder met een echt houten toetsenbord en hamers . Maar het is wel een geweldige piano voor zijn geld
I'd go for either a Casio Privia X870 (basically an AP-470 but smaller, lighter, cheaper) or a Casio Celviano AP710 but at that high price point you might start thinking about a Yamaha Clavinova 745 too.
The AP-710 is at an entirely different level from the ydp 164, it's a far superior instrument. I just bought one today after extensive demos of everything on the market. The sound is truly phenomenal and the key action is excellent
Thank you for the video. I am thinking buy it but I also look at others, like Kawaii CN29, KDP120, Yamaha YDP164, CLP725, Roland HP 702 and it is getting confuse to decide which one to choose. Ap-710 has one sample per note?
Im sure it’s the same on the new AP-710. But on the previous AP-700 they used four samples per key. However, Casio uses a morphing feature which completely creates a seamless variable tonal and volume transition between the various sample levels, giving you a natural piano playing experience with no stepping action in the sound. It works perfectly.

I'm confused between this one and the Casio Ap-470 or the Yamaha Arius Ydp-164 for my son. Is it worth paying the extra? Great review btw.

CASIO !
Casio no doubt. Regardless of brand, the technology is more advanced than the mentioned Korg model.
