Boostedboiz moving up! New alternators, hatch starting on its own power, Milwaukee inflator. I remember you doing street pulls with the jump pack rolling around. And inflating tires with a bicycle pump lol
You can’t use couplers to jump gaps especially on a 90. It will keep ripping on high boost setups. When using couplers, keep the piping as close as possible together and a cheat way is add a 3rd tbolt clamp in the middle to keep from expanding

Btw getting rhe 3582 wasnt that much of a fail, the PSR Gen2 is actually a 66mm turbo and a solid upgrade over what you had tho you might have worked that out when you did a 8.9 on the brakes with it. Just keep it on and send it when the rest is sorted, it'll do over 800whp fine

Gotta put a cast alloy bend on the outlet of the turbo. We were having those problems constantly. Either cast alloy bend or put the bend in the intercooler piping

the delay between the throttle blade closing, and the blow off valve opening causes all that excess boost temporarily in that charge pipe. 😁😁 POP!
