And the attacks from the West Bank, given it's geographic proximity and elevation, would make them much more devastating to Israel. The term "occupation" is often used by the media when referring to Israeli control of Palestine, but that word implies that it is a territory that has been seized by force or by the dint of arms and which same territory had never once been a part of the territory of the conquering people. Here, however, the premise is wrong. Prior to 1948, Jews and Arabs lived together in Palestine and they were all subject to foreign powers (British, Ottoman Turks, Mamelukes, etc.). This all changed in 1948 when Palestinian Jews regained a form of their national polity, after the British left Mandatory Palestine. The Jordanian army, with the aid of British soldiers, also captured a part of Palestine during that same year (creating the "West Bank" and "East Jerusalem"), but the former "Palestinian Jews" (now Israel's IDF) recaptured the territory in 1967, restoring Palestine's border from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, as it was before 1948. Of course, all this is seen by Israelis as Divine providence, but which Arab nations see as a catastrophe ("nakba"). It should be reminded here that the only time Palestinian Arabs were displaced and evicted from their land and homes was when there was war between Jews and Arabs, or when the Arabs fought against the Hebrew nation. Only very rarely does this ever happen under the civil laws of "eminent domain." Remember this.
As for the 1949 Armistice Agreement between Israel and Jordan, when the “International border,” or what is also known as the "Green line" was established between the Israeli-controlled and the Jordanian-controlled parts of Palestine, all towns and villages captured by Israel during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War became part of Israeli-controlled Palestine and came under the terms of the Israeli-Jordanian armistice agreement. The terms of the agreement between Israel and Jordan were considered null-and void after the Six-Day War with Jordan, since one of the stipulations of the 1949 Armistice Agreement was "No aggressive action by the armed forces - land, sea, or air - of either Party shall be undertaken, planned, or threatened against the people or the armed forces of the other," and since Jordan attacked Israel in 1967, this was a breach of contract. Subsequently, the border of Palestine was restored by Israel to its pre-1948 condition, which stretched from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.

And they’ll get it because the bar to get that is very low everyone knows that. The whole case will take over three years and Israel will be found not guilty. Now on the injunction Israel will ignore and the US will veto any measures that the corrupt UN may try to push. In the end of this conflict Hamas will cease to exist and Gaza will be demilitarised.
