Brokoli Tofu Saus Tiram ~ Menu Sayuran Paling di Cari di Resto Chinese ~ Broccoli Tofu Stir Fry

Tofu brokoli:
3 siung bawang putih
200 gram brokoli
2 bungkus tofu jepang
4 jamur shiitake
1 batang daun bawang
2 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt kecap asin pekat (ganti kecap asin biasa klo ga ada)
1 sdm kecap asin
1 sdt gula
1 sdm minyak wijen
2 sdt kecap ikan
1 sdm angciu (skip kalo ga ada)
1 sdt kaldu jamur
1/2 sdt lada putih
150 ml air atau kaldu ayam jika ada
1 sdt maizena+2 sdm air
Minyak sayur secukupnya

Broccoli tofu with oyster sauce
3 cloves garlic
200 grams broccoli
2 packs egg tofu
4 dried shitake (soaked and drained)
1 stalk green onion
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugat
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tsp mushroom bouillon
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
150 ml water or chicken stock if any
1 tsp corn starch and 2 tbsp water
Vegetable oil
