I think I've successfully grafted a mango tree. The bud pushed out from the top and looks healthy. However, I noticed that it hasn't grown much since it pushed out. Is this normal? Thank you.

Good, you have successfully grafted the mango tree. The growth will be slow in the beginning and may take off in the next season. You can now remove the covering. protect from too much hot temperature.
