    I watched some other videos by Dr. Lustig. He is an amazing doctor.🙏🙏🙏
    FDA, CDC, wHO should get out of the grip of pharma influence and listen to the doctors like Dr Lustig.

    I like that. Deep 6 nutrition. Everyone is different. What works for me doesn’t work for somebody else and what works for somebody else doesn’t work for me.

    Medicine in the US is increasingly corporate. It's boss is Wall St. and selling stuff is what it's about. Self-help doesn't support share price.

    How cool would it be if Dr. Lustig had some say about school lunches across the country!

    Would it be possible in the future to get previous MH Summits posted here on the channel after the Virtual version access has expired? Not right away, but maybe 6 to 12 months after? Maybe even leading up to the next summit as a promotional tool. It would certainly help increase awareness through accessibility on the channel. Either way, I love what you're doing, keep up the hard work!

    You are the best Dr. Lustig. I highly respect your intelligence. Too bad Dr. Rob Cywes doesn't agree with your fiber hypothesis. Can you do more teaching on the benefits of fiber? He is a very smart doc too, so I am confused about fiber. How can you explain why he is not caring too much about fiber in our diet?

    • @robinbeers6689
      @robinbeers6689 2 года назад

      Fiber slows down the absorption of sugar but fiber is not needed at all if you just stop eating all sugar. Zero fiber and zero carbs works even better. It's called going carnivore.
      While I respect Dr. Lustig's foundational work on sugar, IMO, he has a blind spot when it comes to fiber. He's right that ultra processed food is bad but it's not because it is lacking in fiber. It's because it is high in carbs. It is also high in seed oils which are massively inflammatory.

      Dr Cywes basically says there is no such thing as net carbs! He stresses in his teachings there are only carbs and net carbs is a fallacy!

    • @robinbeers6689
      @robinbeers6689 2 года назад

      @@Hanover-ek4jy Indeed. "Net carbs" is a method for manufacturers of "keto" treats and such to claim keto status while really having all kinds of starchy nonsense in them. They put in a bunch of fiber and the carbs somehow go "poof" and don't count anymore? Right. Self deception at its finest.

    @23:30 Dr Lustig says he wants to get rid of the term 'nutrition' as that is what happens at the mouth, not at the cellular level. What definition of 'nutrition' does he mean?

    I think this information relates to the high rates of autism too.
