This song is the main theme from the Disney-Pixar movie "Up," which begins with a nostalgic/bittersweet recollection of two young children growing up and falling in love, and living their lives together. It's also known as "Married Life," and its mercurial tones waffles between sad, fond, whimsical, and dance-like.
