Also bro, with the economy the way it is, I would stay at Amazon where freight is practically guaranteed. Lotta other places right now are dependent on the spot market aswell as contract freight but...lot of these manufacturers are cutting contracts and giving that freight to carriers willing to run it cheaper. Shit happened with JB Hunt, those boys lost a lot of contracts. Even some of the larger outfits like Prime Inc right now is dealing with insane freight shortages and just being at the mercy of the shippers and receivers. I just don't see that happening with Amazon.
Made it to the end. You should do a video on the start of shift when you arrive to your company station. Getting your truck and leaving the station and everything. Do they do standup meetings before the shifts starts? That’s what we did when I was a amazon delivery dsp driver

I kind of want to be a heavy hauler but I don’t think I’ll be able to do that at 18 nor do I think class B garbage truck driving experience with persuade a freight broker to sign me a load to haul an excavator or a train engine

Thanks alot man I’m telling you it’s sooo easy to have bad health as a driver. We sit for long periods of time, the food that’s quick to eat is unhealthy, high stress situations while driving the list goes on… so you just gotta try to combat that all as much as possible!!!

I’m running freightliners at Giant food. So far I like freightliners better then kenworth, peterbilt, and Volvo. Volvo would be my 2nd choice tho
