    Hi Tasha :-)
I stumbled onto your you tube channel doing a search about milk thistle…not for acne as you were trying it…but for hot flashes ( as I just turned 5o and can’t take hormones) Anyways...I felt your pain hearing you talk about your suffering with your acne. I have cystic acne. Let me tell you 50 years on this earth and I have tried just about everything and been to many dermatologist. I’ve been on tetracycline-noxwma-proactive-phisoderm-peroxide-etc etc…nothing would work. Finally one day on Pinterest I stumbled on a blog called the practical bohemian beauty (no longer there) ..but she changed my life. Something so simple…salicylic acid. I started using it about 7 years ago and now my skin is so clear I forget I ever had acne.So I buy this in powder form ( makingcosmetics.com)….its totally natural -made from plants. And its also cheap! I think like $8 a bag and it last forever because you need only about a tablespoon to mix with about 3/4 cup honey for a mask. I mix it with a few drop of rubbing alcohol and then you can add water to make an astringent or you can add it to honey and make a mask. The rubbing alcohol makes it like a paste so you can break it down to add to other things. when I have a bad pimple I want to go away fast sometimes I just stick my finger in the powder and put a dab of honey on the spot to make it stick. I promise you its like gold! So its like 10 pm here in Va but I felt compelled to write to you tonight as soon as I saw your video…and I watched the last one about your garden and your skin is looking better ….but I think this will make it the best you have ever seen it. I wish someone had shared this with me many years ago! Oh and it works fast…you will see a difference in probably less than 2 weeks. So what happens with acne our skin produces too much sebum and when you have larger pores they get backed up because we are shedding more than the average person. So the salicylic acid is a natural exfoliator. It will essentially get rid of the surface sebum and allow our pores to stay clear. You will need to experiment with amounts vs how often you need to use it. Now that My skin is clear I only do a mask about 1 -2 times a week…and no astringent in the winter here …only summer time when its hot and I’m a bit more oily. oh and don’t get this in your eyes nose or mouth…it will sting…and I would recommend only leaving the mask on for about 10-15 minutes at first…you can always add less or more as you see how your skin feels. Its going to tingle a little at first…thats normal…I also recommend using a natural organic honey ….and when you wash your face its going to feel amazing! So I wish you the best of luck! I think your going to love this! I hope it changes your life as much as it did mine!

Thanks for your comment Karen! I'm so glad you found something that worked so well for you! I've tried salicylic acid products for my acne before and they haven't worked too well, but I know different skin can have different results, I may have to try what you suggested! Hope you have a great day!

@@tashasimone9008 you are so welcome! I had tried them before too ( over the counter products usually 2% ) but never in a higher strength with pure /natural ingredients. Just had to reach out I know how you feel! Have a beautiful day! Peace & Love Karen
