This is one of the better vampire-centered cdramas I've come across. It's low-budget, but they did a really good job with making it..."believable" and not too campy, the make-up was pretty well done for the vampires too. I do wish they gave us a more coherent ending....what's happened to ML? All of the characters were good, nothing too extra or harsh -- the women got along, none of them were trying to one-up others or steal the others man. ML was very handsome and acted well, I really hope we see more of him.

(Maybe it was left that way so they could do a S2 or part 2 maybe it wasn't all uploaded??) but anyway Imma tell myself she became a vamp sooo they get a happy ever after 4ever... Oh & the lil photographer was turned into a vamp too... I agree I was pleasantly surprised w/cast, acting, scenery etc too...
Refreshing! It actually told a story and had multiple couples rather than 2-3 obsessed chicks trying to trap ML into marriage. Female characters actually treated each other like normal people rather than constantly trash talking and bullying. 😱 That alone makes this drama unique and a breath of fresh air. No abusive parents, no hidden/mistaken identities, no drug'em and bed'em attempts, no rape, no pregnancies. I give this drama 10 stars just for that!!!! Sure, some of the scenes were badly filmed (fight scene in hotel) and the ending was confusing - is he human? Or did he merely beat his 'father'? - but at least all those annoying drama devices were gone.

Is it a thing only found in dramas, or can employers really refuse to accept a resignation? I know something like that would be possible only in dramas in my country. However, I am well aware that what is common practices in one country, isn't common in others. When i first started watching these dramas, I was shocked by things that I later learned only happened in the dramas, like someone being married by proxy, as they were illegal, just as they are here, but there have been a few things that I learned were true, though I thought them fake beforehand. So, since then, I have been questioning anything that seems off to me.
It's only in dramas. In Asia, employees can resign when they want to. It's best to give a 30-day notice if possible. And these dramas with these supposed contracts where the employee must pay many millions (while they earn a few thousands!) if they quit are nonsense. No court of law would allow a contract like this to be enforced. But they look good in dramas and allow a plot where the employer abuses the employee!
I think it's great if you don't know you ask. I ask things or google them all the time-gotta raise my drama knowledge up😂😂 lol I asked about gu poisoning/worms, to see if the blood n water (DNA paternity testing) used to be a real thing, and the marriage to a chicken... Lol I asked about the aphrodisiac they are always using even...😂😂 I've asked so many questions since my drama journey began 😁 I'm sure there will be more questions...
@junechristian6717 That drug they use...the one that will either kill you by burning you up, or poisoning you, if you don't have sex! I can't get a straight answer for that one. I get told the concept is ridiculous, that it might be possible as the Chinese use things we in the west, dont, or that it is a metaphor for something else as a lot of what is translated are actually metaphors. I have yet to have a single person give me an answer that is a definite yes or no, as to whether it actually works that way. I don't see how it is possible that it could, but then I am not a doctor.

Viagra and similar drugs make men able to have more sex and for longer periods, but they won't die if they don't have sex. Date rape drugs make a person receptive to sex but no one will die if they don't have sex.

They did a really good job with a low budget. The Leads are pretty and so are the rest of the cast. I was surprised
