Hey Greg. Here is another point to use that further explains why the gospels are true. You go into detail about how there are things they should have made up or could have changed like the fact that women found the tomb or why didn't the disciples make themselves appear smarter. There are a lot of things they could have made up to make this information air tight and because there are variations in the story a lot of people say "well they must be false because they all don't add up" But in modern criminal investigations the opposite is true. If you have 4 witnesses to a crime and all 4 stories are exactly the same then the police will assume that all the witnesses worked together fabricate the story. Police actually look for variation to confirm it's authenticity. They don't like the story to contradict each other but have different details or show things from their personal perspective. So the differences in the accounts between Matthew, Mark, Luke and John only reinforce that what is said are historical accounts and not myth or fabrication.
