सौमित्र, फार छान मुलखात झाली. मॅडम नी सुध्दा मोकळेपणाने खूप माहिती दिली. कुठे काळजी घेतली पाहिजे, कुठे ठाम असलं पाहिजे ह्याच्या hints त्यांनी दिल्या.

हा एपिसोड नेहमीपेक्षा वेगळा होता. हा विषयंच एका कॉर्पोरेट क्षेत्रातल्या डॉक्टरेट पदावरच्या महिलेचा होता. खूप अभ्यासू व्यक्तिमत्व आहेत त्यांनी सांगितलेल्या corporate phrases, professionalism राखून work life balance सांभाळताना personal limits cross न करता ते maintain करताना समजून उमजून कसं वागायचं,एखाद्या क्षेत्रात प्रगती करताना update राहण्यासाठी personal growth अपेक्षित असताना कायम कशापद्धतीने willingly शिकत राहायचं हा दृष्टीकोन खूप महत्वाचा आहे.

Promodoro method या concept बद्दल ऐकलं नव्हतं पण मी असच काम करते (task based करते. म्हणजे एक task पूर्ण झाला की break किंवा टास्क मोठा असेल तर त्याचा पार्ट पूर्ण झाला की एक ब्रेक) खूप छान काम होत. मुख्य म्हणजे जास्त वेळ न थांबता!

She didn't talk anything about religion. It was about mindset ,which is there in all religions.

झाले की मधली सुट्टी...

The topic is very nice, however, I feel the guest is not so impressive. Very basic concepts explained by her, she's not a fluent speaker, and the overall experience was not so engaging. Quite disappointed this time.
