I'mma have to give this movie a watch. Aside from the explosions, I didn't see a lot of visual effects. It really looks nearly all practical, which is very impressive.
This movie is so phony it is laughable they took so many liberty's to make it. going up hill steps on brakes to lock up trailer but truck wheels still roll? later on in the movie they disconnect the air lines to trailer in reality the trailer brakes should lock it is a safety feature. i like the movie but so inconsistent
you can control the trucks and trailers brakes power independent of the other if you want the trailer to stop the rig. the trailer can be the only one to apply it's brakes.
With all the camel humpers driving trucks now that’s what it looks like in Canada. Trucks rolled over trucks on their sides, it’s a mess. Dad sent us a picture one day while he was coming back from the Canadian refinery, twelve trucks were on the ditch all the drivers were middle eastern….
Hi everyone! What grade (out of 10) would you give this video?
11. Great movie.
If I Had My Way, I'd Give It At Least 3 Stars. Truckers Drive All Night. Patrick Drove 18-Wheelers For Real, So He Knew What He Was Talking About.
10+
A lot higher if you had actually told us what movie it was...
It was black dog , my favorite movie growing up
To this day, one of my top favorite action movies. And this is one of my most favorite scenes.
Me too
i think more people saw this movie due to this scene in the advertisting than for any other reason.
Good movie, great scene.
Whoever ordered those cars is going to be in for a bad day. XD

Black Dog is one of my all-time favorite movies.
All this happened at 30 miles per hour.
Or so it seems.
This movie and the first Hard Truck game are what got me into trucks, no cap.
And this movie made me a Peterbilt 379 fan! 👏🏻😁
Black Dog (1998). Rest In Peace: Patrick Swayze
Black Dog, a movie i really loved, but i saw it goes verry underrated :o
"Black Dog" I started driving a truck not long after this movie came out I drove a Peterbilt just like this in trucking school 😊
Detroit powered freightliner sounds stunning
That's not a Freightliner, acorrding to imcdb that truck is a 1990 International 9400

Mad Max Fury Road😁

Depends on which producers prefer CGI, and just which producers prefer the old school method.
More like having “BJ & THE BEAR” meeting “TJ HOOKER”.
Quincy!
Now that's how you do a PIT maneuver
I Thought They Knew How To Drive An 18-Wheeler.
😂😂
Do you know how to drive one. I do I do it for a living
It's a movie stunt , not real life,
It's a movie stunt not real drivers,
I guess not
The plot and acting were meh, but the action was great! No CGI trickery (could be wrong though)
This is how everyone drives between Ashville and Knoxville on 40 it seems. Super slow race uphill and highspeed race downhill.

Yet it sounds like they used Detroit sounds for all the trucks.
Patrick Swayze really did have a class a
Good memories from this movie! Very nice! 😎👌🏼🤘🏻
Peterbilt has a cat spunds like a detroit lol
have to give this film some credit for not having every truck explode after crashing in this scene. Just Junior's, and that one made sense.

He was, but then Jack suspected him for being behind it somewhat and had Sonny ride shotgun instead.

Remake "break down"
Patrick Sveysi remake Khurt Rassol
2 totally different stories , breakdown was where they kidnapped Kurt's wife , this was to do with load thefts
Great trucker movie
It’s just high time that someone needs to make a diecast model of the truck, especially since the 30TH Anniversary of the movie comes up in 2028.
