What's lockdown like in Canada compared to the uk
It’s still pretty hellish here although things are starting to open up. Still can’t eat inside restaurants in the city of Toronto and we can’t get a haircut yet either LOL Some of us are starting to look a little homeless.... 😂😂😂

They look great, Ken. I add garlic and shredded Parmesan, or Kefalograviera. They say if you wouldn't drink the wine, don't cook with it. I say the same for olive oil. If you would not put it in a salad, why fry with it?

Sadly Ken passed away a few years ago and his website no longer works.
@@Rentiyl I know, as I understand it he passed away early in January 2022. But I didn’t know at the time I posted this comment. Breaks my heart he’s gone 💔 He have taught me a lot about Greek/Mediterranean food and cuisine. And always with a HUGE smile and passion.
