$2.2MM for a 2BR apartment less than 2000sqft, lawd this price is out of its mind

I know seems like a lot of $$ but it's $1,104 a sq ft, which is actually very reasonable in this neighborhood for this type of home.

Yes it ended up selling for quite a bit less - $1.86 million. I think in this market, it's important to negotiate for a price at least below $1000/sqft for any apartment / townhouse in Vancouver - I negotiated down for my place - $800/sqft.
