Reverse Sear Prime Ribeye Cowboy Steak

We'll be using our ‪@HastyBakeGrills‬ Roughneck smoker and HB250Pro to reverse sear cook this prime ribeye cowboy cut I purchased from my local butcher. Hook and hang in the Roughneck to let it get up to that rare temp, low and slow. Then, build a hot charcoal bed in the 250 Pro and get that crust seared to perfection! 👌🏼 #ribeyesteak #hastybake #reversesear
