Love him!
Great book. Tremendous lawyer and such integrity!
I worked for a death penalty lawyer on his properties. I asked the same question. "How do you defend a scumbag murderer knowing they're guilty?" His answer is the what if they're innocent? Everyone deserves due process.
It bought him a brand new airplane
What a great interview. Wow! I am going to buy the book.
Thank you! Enjoy the book!
This title is misleading. If you want to watch it just because you want to learn more about Ted Bundy, don’t waste your time because it’s just mostly about the attorney. Not saying that he’s not important but I just wanted more information on Bundy not the lawyers life. And he only talks about him a little bit in the last 10 minutes
That was a very interesting and entertaining interview. Thank you 😊
Thanks, Nikki!
I met John Henry Browne when he visited our Law and Society classes on two occasions back in high school. I became a criminal defense lawyer and have defended (and won) a homicide case. Not Guilty!
Thanks for sharing, Richard! That's really interesting. Keep up the great work!
Such an interesting man. Really appreciated John Henry Browne’s book ‘The Devil’s Defender’, and the other interviews given by him that I have watched. His background and life experiences leading to him becoming a defence lawyer and especially his work against the death penalty, as he details in his book and interviews, were thought provoking, interesting and especially tragic given that his girlfriend was murdered by someone who has never been held accountable.
I think i totally missed my calling of being a criminal defense lawyer. I just know that should have been my PATH
Excellent!
Thanks, Brian!

How did his attorney get him a plea deal
This interviewer needs to learn how to interview. Almost nothing about TB was discussed. I don't know about you, but that's why I clicked on the link. Was it bait?
This interview has to do with Bundy?????
Similar egos.
"How can you defend someone who killed people?" Good question, Joe.
This is America. A person is innocent until proved guilty.
@@maryhardinhardin9914 Dead on 😆 only in 🇺🇸 LMFBO oj was Guilty till 💯 proved innocent and rest worst Brutal police in 🌎 just so 😳start with !!! ⚖ 😆🤣😂ffs you can buy justice in america dream on mary ! TOM here in Belfast no offence Mary but u need find your brain 🧠 lol !!! Judge actually threw flowers 💐at murdering 😈 evil necropphiliac paedophile murdering bastard !!!! Shame on state of florida 🇺🇸 rant over but get real !!!!
@@debbiemcglade6363 Mary isn't saying that people found not guilty are necessarily innocent. Legal guilt and actual guilt are different things. Mary is alluding to a founding principle of the US legal system that demands a high standard of evidence and process to determine legal guilt. And thank goodness, because the system applies equally to everyone.
Defense attorneys defend the Constitution, not the scumbags.
Did Ted Bundy ever take a lie detector test?
I think he did and passed.. but psychopaths often do pass lie detectors because they believe in there own lies and lack the guilt that causes the body reaction.
Hahaha. TB wouldn't even need to squeeze his butt cheeks to pass
Yes how did he get him a plea deal ?
he is the greatest thing i never heard of. thx
Great bass player ☺️🤗
Our was mainly Lynard Skynyrd
Whose Ted that tripped over the coffee table got up and ran out the door in the year 1964?
Do either of you big readers ever read the Bible?
