Regarding the distribution, the house of almost 1000m2 is distributed over 3 floors and each room has views of the sea. On the ground floor we find the entire living area with several exits to the overwhelming garden with its trees and flowers, its designer fountains and its heated saltwater pool. This main floor consists of a spacious hall, 2 living rooms (one with an impressive stone fireplace), a dining room, a kitchen with a professional oven and another summer kitchen with a barbecue.
