Nice rig. I always thought it be cool to turn a rear bath into an office and then put the bath mid-coach. As a single person, I do not need a big bathroom like that, but I need an office as I still work fulltime.

Andrew, brilliant to mention the chassis compared to the King-Aire K3-chassis at 2:50 that you were parked beside plus the Allison 4000 mention for the 505 at 3:42. Well done.
X12/ISX12 replaced the ISM years back. Weighs like 1000 lbs less than the X15

Nice coach Andrew. Opposing couches are always a great other than provide more seating and maybe extra sleeping space, it does give a couple an opportunity to lay on the couch together to watch the televator vs having the recliners that's separated by something to use as storage.

Beautiful! Coach. Love the slightly shorter coach because it’ll get into places where the 45 won’t. It’s more versatile. But they should have stuffed the X15/605hp in it. It’s really a shame they didn’t, it’s not that much more expensive and it already has the Allison M4000 transmission. I guess they didn’t want it outperforming the King.
X12 makes 100 less horsepower but weighs 1000 lbs less than the X15
@@nomadbiker4040 1000 lbs is nothing, the torque differential is significantly better with the X15. Add a 20,000 pound load and you’d see the difference in pulling power
@@LamborghiniV12M no doubt the torque is better but you can feel the cantilevered weight on these buses and motorhomes as the weight is behind the axles. It affects handling, speaking from experience
@@nomadbiker4040 well I’m only going by my own experience. My 09 Bluebird came with a Cat C13 500, and it would bog down on hills big time with a heavy trailer, I had it removed and installed a brand new Cummins ISX600 mounted to the same Allison 4000, and the coach came alive in every way. Pulls like a beast, accelerates and shifts with authority. I would say the rear ends feels more planted as well. In the next couple years I’ll probably buy a new coach, but I’m not going backwards, and I don’t really want a toterhome, so I’ll be in search of a 40’ with a full sized 600+ engine. We’ll see what’s available then.

I love the cabinets the cabinet is the box no frame standard in house but hardly name in RV's u see every time u open the doors.

This is a beautiful and amazing Coach
This coach is beautiful. I just wish you guys would put an actual access door in the back of them to the outside with some kind of a lift that would allow to take the fridge out and the washer dryer if they ever break. What a nightmare if you have to take them out. You guys can do slides just put doors on them like the emergency door behind the toilet but the size of the appliance.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE the steerable tag does nothing for turn radius or tail swing. The coach ,NO MATTER WHAT, turns on the drive axle. A steerable tag only helps to keep from scrubbing your tag across the ground during the turn. I don't want someone to think they have less trail swing or can turn sharper because of the tag. This is a beautiful coach and in no way am I knocking it. Andrew is always transparent but salesmen sometimes embellish. thank you for another great walk through.

Again, when you say it is a 4041, is that the model number or the 4041th coach off the line???!!!!!
I have a 4041 , love the interior layout, Newmar needs to bring that back.
Only problem with a brand new 2022 is that when you bring it in for warranty work, which you will, replacement parts will be almost impossible to obtain. I see alot of down time for this RV. :( I wish Andrew would have mentioned this.
No. This is a Newmar, not a Forest River RV. HUGE quality difference!
Drivers seat, pet peeve : side window opens/slides & can see track. Looks odd/unfinished to see top track & does not extend to other side ...

Not really, larger engine and trans. Most Newmars are on the same chassis just loads of upgrades with the price going with it.
