Hey Andrew, I’m the previous owner of the Cornerstone. One item you missed was the pull out bed in the smaller sofa with a blow up mattress. Very comfortable and our two kids slept on it with plenty of room. It all comes down to value and for 120K less, it’s a no brainer; Keep the additional cash in the bank and you’ll have more coach than you’ll ever need with the Cornerstone. The 45K floor plan isn’t offered anymore which is a shame because it’s perfect for entertaining and while going down the road everything is accessible. BTW, The Motorcoach Store was fantastic to work with and I learned about them from your channel.
Both of them are beautiful coaches, but the King Aire clearly has the advantage over the Cornerstone. But I definitely would not turn neither one of them down. I love what you're doing on your channel Andrew. Keep up the work my friend. Great job as usual. 👌🏽👍🏽
I really like both. I love the paint job on the Cornerstone, and I like the interior inside the king Aire. I'd take either one. Thanks for sharing Andrew.
For the new models (2023 Model Year), I found the differences to be that the Cornerstone has ceiling fans (big positive for me) and uses carpet in the driver side slide out (big negative for me). Further, Newmar has an optional dining table that will swivel from parallel and against the wall to perpendicular to the wall (convertible table), which is a big positive for me. Cornerstone's MSRP advantage is a significant positive, street price (both new and used) retains some advantage. The negative of carpet in the coach of that level is not something easily overcome.
I love both of these. Their in my Favs. I really like the lights on the King Aire, but I love the raised rail on the Entegra allowing for 4 bays. The Dual Vanities win us over every time. Great Video Mr. Andrew.
I am not a carpenter, but something, [for some reason] caught my eye. Below is a time-marker, for Andrew showing kitchen drawers, during a King air segment. The "Dovetail" do not look Dovetail to me. Wow. This was pretty cool to see. Both of those sure were nice. I liked the Entegra Cornerstone driver seat better than the Newmar King Aire but I thought the fridge placement was weird. I'm not a fan of shiny cabinets in King Aire but over all I did like it slightly more than Entegra Cornerstone. We just went to a RV show in St. Louis last weekend. Somebody is going to do some happy traveling :))

Andrew...should interview a reputable diesel mechanic about longevity of gaskets and seals in engines like these with low miles but sitting for 10 years. Both nice coaches.

Love the comparesons . You mentioned the dove tails in the Newmar, but those were not, they were box joints. SimIlar but not as durable or as strong. CHEERS
For a production coach, I'm always going to choose Newmar. In this instance, the Cornerstone is really not kitted out like the King Aire so the comparison is interesting, but a little unfair. Perhaps, a Cornerstone vs. A Dutch Star or Mountain Aire. While these coaches are both remarkable one has to remember the yearly costs. Your insurance is going to be around $4-$6k a year. Oil changes and other service for a diesel can run you $10k a year. You may have to get a higher grade of license that may be tied to a driver medical. If your health declines a but, you may no longer be allowed to drive your coach. All this before you use it. I'm just sayin' ...
Dutch Star isn't even close to the Cornerstone. The London Aire or Essex would be closer price comparisons. I think he was really trying to show the differences in what you get between the 2 price points.

Yeah good comparison but I think the Fore travel presidential is the top production couch. That two full bath and bunk model with that big spa bath with a TV in the spa room.. a deal breaker on that. What makes the ForeTravel the top Production coach is the slides .. Fore Travel didn’t spare any expense on the crafting of those slides… kind of Newell like🤣🤣🤣The slide out look cheap especially the bottom of the slides looks like Newmarket and Integra didn’t pay to much attention to detail about the slides mobility.. Oh!!! Yeah what happened to Big Tone??? He was good for your team
Don't forget 200 gal fuel, 150ga fresh, 80 gray, 60 black, larger shower with low floor, drawer construction. I'm learning there's quite bit of differences. I guess they all add up. Both coaches are very nice.
Nothing.....Newmar has been raising their prices alot lately. If people are still excite about King Aires, I suggest go look at the Foretravel Realm Presidential. I would buy that all day instead of the King Aire.

The King Aire is about $78k more. I'd keep the cash and drive the Cornerstone home. Both are great deals and beautiful coaches.

KING Aire also has power window awnings versus manual awnings on the Entegra...

I found the issue. The sound is ONLY on the left stereo channel. I normally only use my right earphone.

$70k for comfort drive and a basement refer/freezer…I love Entegra “C” lights on new body style…Entegra is better value with less mileage

If money was no object I would prefer the King Air. I like the colors better also. I have never been impressed with Cornerstone paint work and trim.
