Tuning series sounds great 👍
This stuff is clutch for guys trying to learn and get their own setups correct and effective. Thanks for the awesome content as always.
This was a really helpful video. The pro shop where I live is just a miserable experience. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them from buying new bows, to arrows, and everything in between for over 13 years. And I just get nasty, rude treatment from the techs. They clique up like little school girls with select customers, and everyone else gets the shaft. It sucks, and I’m over it. I was just thinking about getting everything on my own and working on my own bows. This video might just push me over the edge with it.
@@sherrickcampbell9054 Im glad I’m not the only one.
Here in Michigan, crossbows seem to be the focus for most folks. I like to tinker and play with compounds, so I have built a little shop myself to prevent having to go to the pro-shop all the time. Definitely worth it, since the lines and wait times at my shop if flooded with crossbow folks. Don’t hate them, just the crowd getting all the attention around my area. I applaud Terry on his attention to detail and DYI.
Tuning would be great. Thanks for the content!
great timing! i was just telling my friend thats new in archery on what he needs to work on his bow rather than relying on a different person every time at a pro shop. i got burned by 3 different techs.
Great video! I would love to see some tuning videos!
im a relatively new bowhunter and was immediately bothered at how dependent I had to be on another dude to keep my equipment squared away. after a couple seasons of bowhunting and a few trips to the shop (1.5 hours) away I said enough is enough and outfitted my own. its in my garage and very similar to Terry's. ive learned a TON, saved myself a lot of time, and have had a blast in the process. Ive worked on some of my buddies bows which is another level of satisfaction saving them time and money. This past season I took a new Prime nexus 2 from the box, accessorized it, shimmed it, tuned it and killed a deer with it. huge goal accomplished! Its intimidating at first but guys like Kellen and Nate (average jack) have responded to my questions which has been a huge help. If you're curious about your bow, like to tinker (and watch tons of youtube bow tuning videos) and don't want to depend on someone else to keep your killing machine tuned, take the leap and get what it takes to work on your own stuff. you wont regret it.
great idea. please do it on tuning a bow, thanks
Great video big guy. I learn all kind of stuff from your videos. You have great content and you explain things really well.
I built my show in a small unused room in my basement. It took me 2 years to build and put together. Now the wife and kids are jealous I now have a basically a man cave. I still have a few more things to do but for the most part it's my own little archery shop.
He did a great job! I used to build targets like that when I was a kid in the 70/80’s, but used layered cardboard. Supermarket would give me all I can carry just had to cut it myself. All the archery ranges back then had the same set up just gigantic
That shop is freaking amazing! Dream man cave.
Awesome setup!!!!
Really appreciate the content, been thinking about this. Perfect timing🤘
Love the idea of individual bow tunes cheers 👍🏻
I would really enjoy a tuning specific series instead of trying to find parts of old videos. Just got my ez green press
This was great!
VERY MUCH looking forward to the tuning series!
Real nice shop.
Another awesome video. Yes do some tuning videos. This is just what I was looking for .gives me the idea of making my own personal bow studio since I already have the building. Great video 👍
I’d love the build specs on that target he made, that would be awesome to have at the house!
Cool shop very talented dude
Thank you.
real excited for the up coming videos. I am not enjoying my local pro shop. Its time i start doing things on my own.
Awesome video!!!
Enjoy/like…knowing how to tune. For some of us detail can’t be too detailed. That is size of string for knock set, Dloop string, reserving. Awesomeness as usual from INSIDEOUTPRECISION
Almost identical to what my shop. Nice job! Actually my shop is in my profile picture.. half the shop anyway
Tuning series would be awesome!
GREAT ,more tuning, great shop! Visit him again and show his work and thoughts!
Great video. More on home archery
Great video 👍
Great video!
Good looking shop
That’s a sick set-up!! Thanks for the cool video bro!!
I love doing it myself and normally At least for me the pro shops I have been to have never got it all set up right so I just take it all off and do it my self in my soon to be little shop
I wish my shop was that clean and organized lol. Very nice! What bow scales do you recommend for draw weight?
Nice shop!
Great video
Would love to see Mathew’s tuning video. Thanks
tuning series would be great...what tools you are using abd how would be awesome
Great video and I love tinkering! I didn’t see the list of equipment from your friend?
Is there a build sheet that you can post for that DIY target by chance ???
Watched video on strings, what should I get for trx36 first string or gas ?
I’m gonna need a bigger shed
Could you tell us where Terry found the metal arrow spinner, or who makes it? I have been looking for one for a while now but haven't found one so far. Thanks!
, there is an entire list of everything on our instagram page. @inside_out_precision
What black gold sight is on the carbon hoyt?
Great video, would really like to know more about that target build. What that foam material was called? Thanks in advance!
Looked for the harbor freight foam link couldn’t find it.
@@rayyanko512 check this link out, think i found the padding & looks to be very similar build if not the same. ruclips.net/video/3jH1nYfO-4o/видео.html
@@JRIV24 thanks
Any decent quality foam will work. Just tinker with your compression setting as it were, so that it’s not too soft with your arrows blowing through, or too hard to where it’s like trying to drive arrows into car tires . The thin puzzle mats you can get at automotive type shops will work as do the larger thicker puzzle mats (interlocking mats) used for martial arts training.
I have toooo much stuff with my DIY shop.... Now it is not nearly organized the way I would like,
How does he manage humidity and moisture in a shed that’s not temperature controlled?
We live in Oregon it’s not really an issue haha
Was he using a dewalt chop saw to cut arrows?
It’s made by Weston
@@InsideOutPrecision ok I just never saw a arrow saw in the video I just saw the big dewalt saw over at his arrow station
Where are u located
Eugene, OR
I work at a shop called The Bow Rack
@@InsideOutPrecision I'm from Newport and I know where that is. Next time I'm in Eugene I will stop in.
