Eugene being so NOT into the idea of living close to and/or with the guys is such a mood. ✋🏻💀
I love you guys, but no.
i am the eugene of my friends, not interested. ahha
@@Ladywren101 right idk how this will end...
@@grassofthelemon lol same
I don’t want a friend who would be opposed to the thought of living next to me.
Eugene is most certainly going to be uncle jesse in real life. June, Poppy, Finn and Wes are all going to be at clubs and he’s going to be right outside waiting to drive them home
but at the same time zach is going to be right there smoking with them... so maybe he’s aunt becky
@@evefurey149 Eugene and Becky as Jesse and Becky - it just sounds right. Eugene definitely has the hair for Jesse. And he wants to be married to Becky so it works out great
Outside?! He’ll be in there with him 😂
June and poppy live in the slave district cuz Rachael is nothing to them
@@geraldineyorarou2221 huh? rachel’s their mom
Never actually thought Ned would end up in a polyamorous relationship but he is the Try Guy of Love
Reading to this at 5 minutes in is hilarious and confusing.
Yeah. In the end, it makes the most sense.
Yeah. I got there now... and I'm shipping it.
I like that for ned's official title: The Try Guy of Love
He's the LEGEND of love
I found the "throw it back to the studio" joke way too funny
I was crying from laughter 😂
SAME. i just love how miles delivers jokes lol. also love your pfp! we love halsey!!
Me too bro
I don't know if Ned could murder someone, but Ariel could DEFINITELY do a great Gone Girl.
Yes!
Omg yes
Absolutely yes! She could totally pull it off! 😂
This is relevant now more than ever
A year ago I would have said I don’t know if Ned could cheat on Ariel so… now I’m worried
Thanks for playing my song again!! two times in a week wow!!! I love you all
That was amazing! You are super talented, and that was such a welcome upgrade LOL!!
It was so good!!! You’re so talented.
You’re an amazing artist!
BOOST THIS!! Oh my gosh that was incredible Sabrina!
You’re so talented! Gave me goosebumps!
I’ve achieved my peak with Keith saying he wants to make out to my song
I also will make a song out of your coffee table Keith
Your songs are fabulous btw. I'm so glad I was introduced to your music today :)
that was a bop and a half! 😭 brb following you on your socials cuz your sound is lovely!! 💓
You are SUPER talented!!!
You’re so talented! That is high praise from Keith 😂
Holy shit y'all I NEVER would have put my finger on it but Keith totally does have extreme levels of sitcom neighbor vibes.
Ideal commune-like living situation: separate houses for privacy with a shared sorta backyard park space for chillin + a dining hall/kitchen for full family potlucks dinners
Not a bad idea
Thats the set up of “Big Love” lol
To be perfectly honest, in my experience, whoever cooks for each family (man or woman), needs their own kitchen. My MIL and I have a time cooking in the same kitchen. We get along great and I love her to death BUT we need our own kitchens 😂
@@katiebethcripps7553 Oh, definitely. In this scenario, each of the houses would be a usual house with their own kitchen. The main dining hall would just have a big enough kitchen that cooking for the occasional group meal would be easier to handle than a single family kitchen.
So a duplex but the families know each other basically?
Ned's idea of communal living already exists (at least the non-sex parts of it): its called a joint family.
Yeah but you have to live with your parents. Or in laws.
Dude on the couch is also a "joint" family
@@PurpleLion35 nice
@@Sentientmatter8 hey I have no problem with that lmao
Yeah, it's literally a multigenerational household aka Latin/Asian/African everyday life lol
Why is nobody talking about BATHMAN, SOAKER, and RUBBIN??
They could create a whole MCU (Miles Cinematic Universe)
Honestly I'm surprised myself
Its quality content I'd pay good money to see
So funny!!!
Commune living and the communal raising of children isn't new at all. Most POC communities have a similar dynamic. Especially with parents, grandparents, aunties/uncles all really closely involved in your children's everyday lives, even when you don't live together. Multi-family homes are also incredibly cost-efficient.
I agree for sure but question was is it a new futer because it's not so popular now. And in my mind Ned was asking about different vibe of communal life and raised kid's.
He talked about how it isn't as common now
@@agatix futer? Sorry just a little confused and I wanted to respond.
@@cookieblast1499 That may be true within the US. I know I was raised by “a village” and so is my son. The support system is truly unmatched and has been my saving grace as a working single mom. Between my parents, my sisters and his godparents my son is always with an adult I trust.
its not all as good. most of us in the Philippines just want to leave the toxic clutches of our elders.
I didn’t know that all I wanted in life was the “How are the snakes, Miles?” Thing to be a running gag, but I need more
I loved Miles' shouted "I'm in the field!" That whole bit was hilarious
That Lo-Fi Miles song was an actual BOP

My favorite thing is that, as soon as Miles said he's in the field, he does that voice everyone in the field does that always makes me lose it where it's like-

I was crying from laughing and almost peed with how hard I was laughing
A BIG SHOUTOUT TO SABRINA!!!! Like legit that so beautiful but I was also laughing so hard at the fact that MilesNation has gotten so big that people are making super well done theme songs for it.
Amen. We at Miles Nation represent!!! I do be the first one to remix B) and it warms my heart that other people are continuing the tradition.
Eugene's point on Mr. Brightside is what I've been saying for YEARS. Mr. Brightside is the millennial's Sweet Caroline or Don't Stop Believing.
The Killers were huge! When this song was at it's peak I was studying abroad in London so it means that much more for me. It brings back lovely memories.
@@kyndramb7050 Hot Fuss is still one of my all time favorite albums! But he’s right it’s one of those songs that we ALL know every word to and are ready to yell sing it at any moment 😅
So which gen does sweet caroline and don't stop believing belong to?
@@ivylasangrienta6093 they came out in 1969 and 1981 soooo boomers and gen X
Bit confused by this comparison, I'm Gen Z, and I feel the same way about all three of these songs, I feel like Mr. Brightside was just as big for us?
It seems like every time new content is released my “favorite” Try Guy changes. I just love them all so much for their own unique differences. Actually, it’s not just the Guys and the Wives. I love the whole 2nd Try family. They genuinely seem like my kind of people. Congrats on all of your success!
I couldn't agree more.
I love the guys, but I'm so happy with the podcasts to get to know everyone else behind the scenes. I LOVE the Try Partners and their podcast, and Miles and Rachel are so great to have on as well. Everyone seems to genuine and I always have assumed that's rare to have in L.A.! Just good people!!
@UCBhMNTVnDWTl1sLghImIcnw that’s unnecessary and rude. You didn’t have to say that. Did nobody ever tell you “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all”?
The asian in Eugene when he says distance makes the heart fonder!! So so accurate!
"I love my mother but staying with her week is enough" True.
I love how Ned never gave a straight answer when asked about sex with his roommate 😂
Never gave a *straight* answer
@@frostyskeletons8950 Am i sensing a gay joke
Lmfao why did I think the same thing
Because the answer isn't straight ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
High key poly energy
I lost it when miles said I’M IN THE FIELD
Producers have said the reason Erik devolves is he is being viewed through cory’s eyes in which he’s memorialized when cory’s in middle school and as cory grows up he starts to see Erik as he is
I recall Eric's first taste of being a goofball is when studying for SATs drove him nuts. It was a pretty abrupt change that I thought was going to stay in that episode. But it just...continued. Did the producers mention why it was so abrupt starting in that episode? Could you link article or where you found this info please? Thank you!
@@macweenie3780 this theory is all over the internet, i just cant remember the initial video where i heard it, it was a while ago. it was a an interview with the cast and the producer Michael Jacobs.
Eugene understanding and appreciating Miles and Miles being so grateful and stunned by the appreciation is my favorite Try-Dynamic
Eugene just doesn't want his best friends to know they weren't invited to the naked pool party.
All the guys look great, but I think we need to talk about how incredible that color looks on Eugene😍😍
OMG your so right!
Ok..let's talk about it then
Zack is killing it the most if you ask me! 😍
@@janetipoo yes he also looks great!! I’ve just never seen this color on Eugene before and I am loving it
Everything looks incredible on Eugene.
I’m so in love with them acting like a tv morning show.
I rarely listen to the trypod (I'm a YCSWU diehard) but today I am (although I'm sure that title is clickbait) and I'm leaving a comment only for Keith because his expression yesterday when he heard that was the only thirst comment was heartbreaking.
Keith we love you! I think people don't thirst/lust so much over you because they want to just lock you down not just have you as a fling thing 😉💍 #thirstingforkeith #daddysfavourite
I like this comment, but I’m commenting instead of liking cause... well we’re at 69 likes and I think Keith would appreciate that.
Yes!! He's also the least _sexual_ of the guys: Zach and the big dick jokes, Ned loves fucking, Eugene being in contact with his sexuality, so it feels a bit disrespectful and like Becky wouldn't like it hehe.
@@feraguilar4175 I actually think Becky would be upset that he had so little thirst comments 🤣 because no one is appreciating her soft body guy 🤣🤣
@@feraguilar4175 that’s true. All the other guys tend to be more or less open about that stuff, but I remember when they talked about how Becky and Keith had an agreement that he would never talk about their sex life publicly, which is 12000% valid. I think that pact though, may be why the audience doesn’t really comment about him sexually. Up until the comments video, it didn’t seem like something him/Becky would want or be comfortable with
@@frostyskeletons8950 exactly!
I think an Office/Brooklyn 99 style office sitcom about the Second Try office would honestly be very funny.
Keith's advice is like a Filipino household tradition. Our clothes have at least 3 life spans. First is when it's brand new, second as a hand-me-down to the smaller sibling or cousin, then it gets handed down until its so thin and got a lot of holes, and just then it will be used as a kitchen towel/rug.
Yeaa🤙

I’m laughing alone in my at home office
As a student studying the brain, I can confirm that what Zack said was correct about your memory. There are many parts of yourself you have no control over, including what you remember. It's kinda crazy how that works.
There definitely was a Full House episode with a Steve Urkel cameo.
He and uncle Jesse teach each other how to walk
Ok but can we actually get 3 men and a daddy? That sounds amazing. Like aign me up! I wanna be in that
Yes please 😉
The lumineers do have a song called “ho, hey”
Regarding multiple families living in the same household, it was very common in 1950s, my mum's parents lived in a house with a mutual friend and all of their names were on the mortgage. It was a great way to save money after the war and was very common for prisoners of war as well.
the way Ned basically described a polyamorous relationship at the beginning
Yes, Ned! Communal living is what many indigenous and POC communities have been doing! It’s what was going on before cities started to become “urban planned”.
I’m working on returning to this way myself in some ways.
After 104 episodes, I still can't believe I WATCH a podcast TTvTT
I'm gonna include "clanging nuts" to my vocabulary.
The amount of smile on Eugene's face during the "no dad don't touch my paper towels" bit killed me

I actually live in a "komuna"! We split the bills, utilities and are very good friends, have been for years. Very useful in a pandemic as well lol. And it might be a new future, as it is just more convenient (as for ex. rent rates in my country, splitting cooking and cleaning etc.)
new segment idea- read your most recent text convo from your last texted person. whoever’s is the most embarrassing wins
I’m disabled and live with my parents and for the past decade I’ve had 3 of my siblings live in the house for about a year with their spouse and children while saving money to buy their own place. It’s kinda nice to have multiple incomes and multiple people to help around the house and with kids. Since I can’t have kids it’s nice to be able to practice my parenting skills as well as spoiling the crap out of my nieces and nephews.
IM HERE FOE THAT NEW MILES TIME INTO SONG!!!! S/O to Sabrina
💕💕
If they make a sitcom, Keith has to sing "toss salads and scrambled eggs" from Frasier at the end
OMG YESSSSS
Fingerprints slowly change over your lifetime. Your fingerprints aren't the same a decade later. The prints are kept to help find lost children, but they cannot be used again to compare against that same person's adult prints
Full House and Boy Meets World were my childhood, and they're still my go-to feel good shows when I need something to watch.
everyone’s favorite thursday treat is here!!
Except Miles. His favorite Tursday treat is eating ice cream in a bath.
@@Sentientmatter8 true true
I will watch Three Men and a Daddy! That was a great pitch
Edit: bathman and rubbin too!
If y’all want some fun forensic facts that they wondered about, I took a college forensics science course so I can answer a bunch of questions. *First* There are three types of finger prints: whirls, loops, and arches. There are two types of loops, ulnar loops that close toward your pinkies and radial loops which close towards your thumbs. There are multiple types of whirls cuz their the catch-all category. The most common is the normal whirl that has the circle in the middle of the finger pad, central loops where the circle is not in the center (weird I know) and accidental loops which are any finger print that don’t fit into the previous categories. *Second* they have to do an autopsy when there was not a doctor or medical person to declare the time and cause of death. If the cause is unknown or there were no medical people present there has to be an autopsy but a member of the decedent’s family can also request an autopsy. *Third* There are many ways to determine the time of death which is how (if it was in the last 24-36 hours) they can get a close time of death. There is rigor mortis (stiffening of the body), algor mortis (cooling of the body), livor mortis (the blood settling in the body), stomach contents, and the amount of potassium in the eyes. They can also use the bugs in the body to tell when it has been a longer amount of time but it becomes less exact as time goes on. I know a lot more stuff if you’re interested but that’s all for now!
Ahem, Ned, The Lumineers do go "Hey Ho!"
I remember it distinctly because that's one of the two songs by The Lumineers that I actually liked.
Pre pandemic I was a school portrait photographer and went to so so many high school dances. There is the giant mass in the middle where kids are getting freaky, the circles for people doing crazy dance moves and tiktok dances and the regular off shoots.
Ned had the same sexual awakening to Toxic we all did
😂 Why does Miles sound like the “Apparently kid”?!?! LOL! 🤣
"What's the word with Eugene" gives me "Between the Lions" vibes and I don't know why but I love it 😂
Keith's enthusiasm for Boy Meets World and Step by Step... YES!!!!!!!
The fingerprinting was for a company called Ident-a-kid and they said it was a safety precaution for if we ever got kidnapped. They had us take a "missing" photo too.
Boy Meets World is one of my go-to rewatches. Makes me laugh no matter how many times I've watched!
its so good i have all the seasons on dvd lol
I'm still over here waiting for Ned to get his own episode. Eugene has astrology, Zach had social media, Keith had childhood nostalgia...did Ned ever get one?
I think Ned did the finance thing episode. It was the one where they talked about the gamestop stocks haha idk what ep # it was tho
He also has separate podcast with Ariel called Baby Steps... so that counts... sorta.
There's the baby steps podcast and the science daddy series
Wasn't it the one where they ( more like just Ned and Zach tbh) talked about fantasy football??? or was it the "ask daddy" one?

My friends and I have talked about communal living quite a lot. The openess of just being and exploring what that would be like is very appealing, but as long as you all have your own home. Maybe one day itll get back there, growing your own food and raising the children as a community. Could be fun!

I love Neds epiphany about living communally 😂💜
