Explanation why there is Swedish empire in WW2 (my theory): After World war 1, when Finland declared independence from Russia,it’s possible that in this alternate timeline, Sweden invaded Finland (possibly it became expansionist under some dictatorship)

Why would Portugal randomly join? They were always Allies with the UK (in fact their longest ally). Them randomly joining when the uk was still strong made no sense. Besides this, this is the best ww2 alt history I’ve ever seen mapped. It’s the most plausible case of an axis victory and isn’t some ridiculous scheme where Germany still wins even tho it is fighting on like 20 fronts
Why Spain and Portugal joined Axis Powers? It's a neutral countries. Why Greece joined Axis? And what is the Swedish Empire doing here? It should be Finland, and Sweden is neutral. The Swedish Empire in general was only in the 18th century. Well, if something is wrong, correct it. In my opinion, the scenario is not very correct. And I forgot about Yugoslavia. What is she doing in the Axis countries? And also, what are Turkey, Persia, and even more so Saudi Arabia doing in the axis countries?

Middle Eastern countries make sense. Iran especially had a nazi revolt. Spain wanted to join but was refused. Some of the others could just be pressured or had a change of heart
only a minute in and spain would NEVER have joined the axis. not sure about portugal but spain already makes it incredibly inaccurate despite it being an alternative scenario

@@oltzu5206 I’m not sure, at the beginning there were lot of political divisions in Finland, Gustav V had plenty of time to prepare his army, not to mention that Sweden is full of natural resources, which gives them industrial advantage, but that’s my opinion
