ABOUT SOLAR OPPOSITES
Co-created by Justin Roiland (Rick & Morty) and Mike McMahan (ex-writer's assistant on Rick & Morty), Solar Opposites centers around a team of four aliens who escape their exploding home world only to crash land into a move-in ready home in suburban America. They are evenly split on whether Earth is awful or awesome. Korvo (Justin Roiland) and Yumyulack (Sean Giambrone) only see the pollution, crass consumerism, and human frailty while Terry (Thomas Middleditch) and Jesse (Mary Mack) love humans and all their TV, junk food and fun stuff. Their mission: protect the Pupa, a living super computer that will one day evolve into its true form, consume them and terraform the Earth. On season two of Solar Opposites, the Solar Opposites take it bigger, funnier, and more opposite than ever before. Solar Opposites is executive produced by Roiland, McMahan and Josh Bycel. The series is produced by 20th Television.

Lol, I actually prefer the aliens but that plot twist at the end was pretty cool

@@Godzilladad im not certain we’ve got any good ones tbf. We’ve got a lot of things for kids Cramp Twins, Bob the Builder, Shaun the Sheep and Wallace and Gromit but other than that nothing particularly stand out but once in a blue moon Simpsons or Family Guy decide to “visit the UK” and make a lazily written episode with the all brits have bad teeth and cockney accents jokes but this show seems to have nailed what London looks like so let’s hope it gets it right tone-wise

I hope the wall people break out and get revenge on them (especially Yumyulack for shrinking them and putting them in there in the first place). That way it could set up a crossover with Rick and Morty.
I don't think they will get rid of thr wall concept in the end of second season though, pretty much everyone agrees the walls the best part. Also there's supposed to be three seasons of this show so maybe they will break out in season 3 or something

What makes Solar Opposites great is its made from the same makers of Rick and Morty but on Hulu they have less restrictions compared to adult swim, so they can be more free with their creativity on Hulu
Restrictions? How so?
You do realise that Adult Swim houses Metalocalypse, The Boondocks, Robot Chicken and fricken Mr. Pickles.
They are literally the core bastion for shows rejected by other networks. Hulu is extremely normie with some newer shows being exceptions.

@@InfamousD217 i do understand that but Adult Swim is cable TV and cable TV has stricter rules for the FCC compared to Hulu. Hulu can say a lot more swear words than Adult Swim can and Adult Swim can't show a lot of the stuff thats in Solar Opposites

On the same note, the show was originally made for FOX, but THAT whole jazz happened. (Yes you can find it on Disney+ in some regions). The creative freedom, use of comedy and production has nothing to do with Hulu. It just so happen to be the platform it landed on and willing enough to fund something for Roiland's Solo Vanity Card Production (yes it's the actual name of the company)
Adult Swim's whole thing is Shock Comedy. Which is why it houses things like Mr. Pickles, Metalocalypse and The Boondocks.
Hulu's thing is tweeny dramas, mid-30s romcoms and the occasional slight gem. They have separate target audiences. Neither is objectively better or worse. I just so happen to fall under the Adult Swim target audience growing up with it and working in the biz. So i understand the fundamental inner machinations of the industry. Am i wrong? Could be.
