Sailing Through Prince Christian Sound in Greenland

- We sail through Prince Christian Sound (Prins Christians Sund) at the Southeastern tip of Greenland.
The captain came on the Pa and said we had time and so we were going through.
This was recorded in August 2022.

I’m on the Island Princess now (Aug 2023) on the 16 night Iceland Greenland cruise from Southampton. The captain has just announced that tomorrow, having liaised with the ice pilot, he will navigate Prince Christian Sound on route to our first port Qaqortog. Totally unscheduled but very welcome. Happy days!

The cruise of Iceland and Greenland was 16 days. We spent one day sailing through the sound.
