Only slightly under 5% of people can't tell the difference between 30 and 60 fps. I'm one of the people that can't, but there have been actual studies on this. Less than 1% can tell the difference in anything over 80 though, and over 60 fps the number of people who can tell the difference rapidly drops.
I just realized that even though I watched this when it came out yesterday I forgot to leave a comment. All I want to say is that I really enjoy these videos the ones where there isn't a lot of exciting gameplay but mostly being able to get the gist of what's happening by listening to you talk. your voice is rather soothing.

I just watched a video regarding the Fermi Paradox and how life out there... Might just not be there. But if it was there, what are the chances of us even meeting? Signals are faint, ever fleeting. Even maybe for brief moments. Intelligent extraterrestrial life may be possibly communicating with us... But we just don’t know or pay attention to it.
An easier way to line in the radar is to just send them straight to whatever the minimums are displayed, then raise them slowly until you get the best connection :)
Some of those signals are pulsar stars. Some scientists believe pulsars are used to send signals across the Galaxy some even think a signal from pulsar stars can even reach different galaxies.
