Dude, I added the code next to the redirect, but on the next page the cookie has not been marked.
In the address bar it shows the website ending no_cookies_from_redirect=1
How can I fix this?

Is there a plugin which you can install which simply monitors any webpage that you decide to change the name or URL of and AUTOMATICALLY just create a redirect from the old URL? I love automation but the demonstration does not show automation. Is this possible - Ferdy or anyone?

Hello dear friends I have a question what to do first
Transfer the domain to the new site and then do the process of the 301 referrals? As indicated in the video
I changed permalink structure from default: ?p=123 to Post name: sample-post/
Site is pretty new but was indexed before this change.
What do I need to do, to completely index the site with brand new permalink structure?
(It completely lost it's visibility, though the site does exist on google and are active.)
It would be awesome if you added a short bit on the right way to fill out the CSV. I am unsure what to put in some columns.

The Redirection plugin can actually cause problems when creating new pages - In my experience, it monitors permalink changes and creates records that it doesn't need to, and associates new pages with old URLs. If you're having this issue, just deactivate the plugin!
It seems like this only works for me sometimes. I'm trying to redirect this traffic to an event on eventbrite and it keeps show up as the Index of /events. Also it seems like /events never works. And /Events works sometimes or I go to the Index page. Any idea why this is happening?
Hi.. i was redirected only blog page but all pages got redirected to a post that is there in the blog and that too it's redirected to the respective page, for example, the home cleaning page redirected to the home cleaning post,, how it will happen default without changing any settings

Nice video Ferdy. I have an unrelated question though. Recently I've been having problems with my WordPress installs. My dashboard doesn't open properly as well as pages on my site. I've tried some solutions from youtube but the issue persists. Can you advise?

@@jauresmagloire7407 hi it really does sound like a server problem with your host - go to hostgator- submit a ticket it should give you options click the technical problems ticket option.- they should let you know what the problem is or sort it out for you if its them

Strangely enough, the plugin doesn't work with 404 errors. The 404 error page always appears, but not the forwarded page entered. Junk plugin!

@@ferdykorpershoek Thanks, it's more popular now with 2+ million active installations. So it's a solid plugin, to say the least. I need this because I use Yoast and they charge for this and I'm not willing to upgrade. 😂
“Fixing” a problem with a plug-in is not fixing the problem.
Why is that?
@@ferdykorpershoek It's simply a band-aid. Too many plugins decreases load speeds and frequently cause conflicts. To properly correct redirects it's best to edit the .htaccess file.
