I'm a Christian woman who really loves Muslim man. My faith is so important to me and he is supportive of it. What I've realised is that I'm not willing to compromise with him at all on this. My conscience will not allow me to. It really breaks my heart knowing that he's not saved and I could never risk the salvation of our future children by being with him. I wouldn't want them to grow up confused, thinking both ways are valid. Unless he becomes Christian, I think I need to break it off with him soon. 😢
Break it off now before it’s too late. In the long term there will be many more problems created which would inevitably result in divorce later on, but that divorce will be much bitter and will come with consequences such as destruction of family and could impact mental health of children. I am saying this as a Muslim as well
No offense, but he will not change You know, in our religion, it's not allowed to convert to different faith And one thing important If you marry a Muslim man, then children will have to follow Islam, not Christianity That's the Islamic rules So either you convert or leave him Otherwise, accept his term and carry on
I've been married to a man who had Muslim father and despite him saying he is not Muslim, the strictness is there and male centeredness. Their roots will come up, believe me. They should convert to Christianity to solve any issues.
You would know that Muslims follow the fundamentals and core of actual Christianity, the old testament and cannot be "Muslims" without first being "Christian". They follow in the words of mother Mary and Jesus as well, they have entire chapters in the Quran dedicated to them.
Thank you for your video. I'm in a similar relationship... I am Christian and my guy is Muslim. Our toughest discussion is about children and how to be raised.
I'm a Christian and my fiance is a Muslim. At end of the day we respect each other religion most important We love each other. And he's an awesome man...
@@SimonsFamilyVlog my girlfriend is catholic. We plan on teaching them the similarities of our faiths one God, Belief in Day of judgement, do good deeds. Morality is number one. I’d rather have my children be a good devout catholic than a bad Muslim that’s religious by name. We’ll take them to church on sundays, and to the mosque here and there for holidays and programs. And the kids will pray with me. When they’re older and more mature we’ll teach them the differences of each religion. All I want is my children to be loving, to never be hateful of people of different faith and races.
It's not about religion. Christianity is about relationship with the Lord. His Word says "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. 2 Corinthians 6:14-18."
If you ever have kids, kindly remember that its your duty as a Christian parent to raise them in christian faith and letting them know that Jesus is god and savior.
This couple may not see it now but one day they will if one of them ever get serious about their understanding of their faith. Especially the Christian. She says around 5:20 Muslim men can marry a woman of faith as long as they do not worship idols. Idols are false Gods. The God of the Bible and the God of the Quran are different Gods there they are seen by each other as false Gods. So either the man’s understanding of the God he believes in is a very poor understanding or the woman’s understand of the God she believes in is very poor. This is one of the biggest mistakes you can make bc they are basing the strength on the love they say they have for one another but both religions also claim your love for God must be stronger than any other. Surely the Christian can’t have stronger love for God and yet continue in good faith knowing she is with a man who is in opposition of the creator she believes in. My assessment is they are just playing with their beliefs and are not necessarily devotee to their Gods. No matter how they try and convince theirselves otherwise.
the quran verse of Muslim men should not marry women who. worship deities other than Allah is overridden by later verse that states that Muslim men can marry Christian and jew women. and Christian people at the time of Muhammad already regarded Jesus as God but Quran allows Muslim men to marry Christian women.
I am a Christian and totally agree with you where you say both faiths take other God as a false God and they are trying to make it but one day when they happens to understand their faith they will be in serious problem.
GOD is not a religion!!! Our belief in Him is the foundation of how we serve Him and each other! Our love that we live out through each other is what makes us who we are in Him and displays who He is in us!!!
Not gonna work trust me. Not if you really love your God. If your significant other doesn’t believe the same as you do and worships another God what makes you think God is ok w/ that when his religion is in complete opposition of who He is?

And if she following both means she following Christianity and non believer religion also that also she is not on your because if your christian and you following Christianity so you save but both AND ANOTHER religion following hell so please not marry non believer anymore
same situation here. My question for all of us Christian women in relationships with Muslim men is if we know hell awaits those who don't follow Christ and believe that he is LORD and savior then are we truly loving our muslim partners knowing that ultimately hell awaits them because they don't believe that Jesus is God. Do we love the relationship more than their souls?
No fr, I am not married but I keep praying and preaching to him. I care too much about where he would end up and I know that we can only understand what love is through God and that’s how we can truly love anybody, by caring about them in all manner, spiritually, mentally emotionally and all other things
Also if you are Christian and you have kids, remember that you are responsible for your children's faith. Cause in Christianity marriage is just not about companionship, its a about raising a family in Christ. If your kids end up being muslim, then your marriage serves only your need for a relationship, but nothing for Christ. You are duty bound as a Christian mother to bring up your kids as Christ would want you too.
Good insight. Keep praying, pray without ceasing for God to reveal himself. It's such a stucked up situation however, especially with kids involved...you have to be a prayer warrior to win all these souls for Christ. My thoughts.
I just want to tell my story, not to warn but to educated. I was a ‘lukewarm’ Christian when I married my husband who is Muslim. I agreed that my husband could raise our children as Muslim. I got saved after my daughter was born. I started to go to church and read my Bible. He is raising her as a Muslim, I cannot take her to church with me or teach her the Bible. I am worried for her soul. It’s just something to think about.
I'm sorry to hear about your daughter Rose. Why can you not take her to church and teach her your faith? I don't know your situation but If you live in western countries, you would have custody over her. If it is a case of domestic abuse, please seek help. I wish you all the best and please do what you can to get your daughter saved before it is too late. As her mother you have every right to teach her your faith even if it means standing up to your husband.

Any and everyone making negative comments are highly uneducated. Muslims are not unbelievers.. God says in Quran that our Christian brothers and sisters are closer to us in belief, so it is Lawful for us to marry a "believing" practicing Christian woman. The rights and duties of a husband and wife in a marriage within Islam and Christianity are one in the same... Muslims love Jesus and his mother Mary and their whole family. (May Allah's peace and blessing be upon them all). We are awaiting Jesus' return as well. God has a whole chapter in Quran named Mary. So again I say only uneducated people will speak against this union be they muslim or christian.
Issue happens with children. In Christianity, marriage is mainly for raising a family in Christ. A Christian father or mother is duty bound to raise children in christian faith, as Christ would want to. This can make conflicts with a muslim spouse, as they would also want to raise children in Islamic faith.

Its explicitly said that a Muslim man (he also to be a virgin, as mentioned in the Quran) can marry people of the book that are chaste (modest and a Virgin). U is honestly feel bad for any Muslim who marries a non Muslim woman. It don’t wish this on anybody. Having to pray 5 times a day by yourself , fasting by yourself, your views on out lord , his prophet , and religion are all compromised.
You shouldn't feel bad about something Allah permits. But you are smart for seeing why the things Allah allows are not ideal or necessarily good. As a Christian I feel bad for the Christian she's the one living in sin by being with a Muslim man. It's not allowed in Christianity to marry an unbeliever for good reasons.
A reborn Christian who has the Spirit of God living in him or her must know a marriage to an unbeliever will never result into a spiritual marriage until that person chooses to serve Jesus Christ with him or her. The Bible says do not be unequally yoked. This video is not good for those who really want to follow Jesus and carry the cross in a committed Christ like relationship. It's a bad influence. God bless
My boyfriend is an atheist. I cried a lot the first few days, I was very upset, I wanted to break up if it wasn't according to God's will. But our God eased my concerns and now we are happy. // Actually, the Gospel writers have addressed this situation from many perspectives. St. Peter is a bit more optimistic. Churches also now approve of marriage. The Saints' request is that Christian women not compromise their faith. I pray for him every day. I hope one day he too can have a relationship with Jesus. Similarly, those whose boyfriends are from other religions can pray.
@@elif2880-q6q I understand that might have been hard. God is good. But it still is against God's word for us to date someone who doesn't love the Lord Jesus. Also, just because the churches approve, doesn't mean that it's biblical. Many churches disapprove as well and the Bible has more authority. If we want to follow Jesus we must crucify our flesh. It is not God's will for us to be in a relationship with someone who doesn't worship Jesus

Moreover, there are very few Christian men in Northern Europe. // 1 Petrus 3:1-3 "Wives, in the same way submit yourselves to your own husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by the behavior of their wives, 2 when they see the purity and reverence of your lives."
@ I really understand your point of view. But as a sister in Christ (Turkce biliyormusunuz?), I want to tell you that even if he doesn’t drink of smoke, and even if he loves you a lot, there is no such things as the love of God and whoever rejects Him does not know what actual love is. “Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.” I John 4:15-16 NKJV If he rejects Christ but lives a healthy life and doesn’t drink or smoke, he does not inherit eternal life. Only those who are born again do. So I understand, I’ve seen your situation around me a lot. But the Holy Spirit will not tell His followers to do something the Bible said we shouldn’t which is being unequally yoked. Maybe you have made your decision and closed your heart for the truth. No one will ever love you more than Christ does. If anyone loves Christ God is within him. Please don’t get me wrong. But the real followers of Jesus and the unbelievers are being distinguished this day. Which means that you too are apart from this world because you say you belong to Christ. I understand that you prayed a lot about it. But the Bible is authoritative. If a voice told you to do something you shouldn’t, because the Bible says it, consider if it’s the voice of God or the voice of the enemy.

Sister, your children are not saved being Muslims. It is your motherly duty to lead your children to know Christ. Do you care for your husband's feelings more than your children's souls and God himself? I am speaking as a child of an interfaith marriage, children grow up confused. Why is it always the woman who should give up her children's souls to please a man? Put God first. Peace and love, not meaning to cause distress just speaking from my experience of a child who always felt her mother's faith was a second class citizen in the household.
The bible says that if your spouse is another religion to love them despite it, and traditionally children in all cultures and religions took the husbands religion. The great Saint Augustine was born to a Christian mother and pagan father, and he was raised as a pagan until he later converted to Christianity by his own choice.
Actually that isn't the case because children of Jewish women are automatically considered Jewish. However children of Jewish men are not considered Jewish. Also clearly we live in different times now where women are valued and respected. It is a mother's duty to raise her children in the right path to God.

The RSA Family oxvioiioxxiii Please do NOT consider it as a Sermon or Criticism, but a serious observation. Robin and Shiraz is a nice couple, but too naïve. They know very little about Christianity or Islam. Acquiring 'knowledge', particularly about your faith is mandatory on every human..... Little knowledge about anything is misleading and very dangerous. It is NOT too late nor harmful for them to 're-educate' themselves...but remember the clock of LIFE is ticking, can and will stop without any prior warning. Will be questioned about all their Deeds, Actions and Utterances...after this short life. Modesty in the dress code is the FIRST thing in Christianity and Islam, something obviously missing here. Sitting with her 'Muslim' husband, in her own 'living' room in front of a live Camera, a half naked Christian lady seen around the world, discussing 'Religion' is no different than looking at a scantily dressed woman shown on a billboard in the city square, selling 2nd hand cars. A 'self-respecting' decently and 'modestly' dressed/covered lady commands utmost respect, never becomes a subject of cat-calls, suggestive bits or whistling...... A boat cannot be rowed by two paddlers (husband & wife) paddling in opposite directions at the same time. It goes nowhere. A home without religious harmony, NOT following One faith, is without any LIGHT and blessing or PEACE. Best wishes.

I get so frustrated because in my heart i know there is 1 god and talk to him in pray everyday but how do we know who to follow with all of these religions/beliefs....how can any of us know who to be. Where is the truth/ true answer and the real facts that prove which god is real and what rules to obey by? Thats why in my heart i talk to 1 god who i have never seen or touched but i know he listens to me. I respect everyone for their beliefs because thats the way they have been brought up but i am so confused and i believe its very important for us all to believe in god like myself and only do good for people. Yes we are all not perfect and make mistakes but god will not what is harmful that we do. That is why judgment is apon us by only god and not eachother. Religion creates war and god does not want us to have war. If we just accept everyone if we love one another things will be different in the world but we will all have a relationship with god without picking and choosing what is right then thats what is important.

@KolkoCat ok but therein lies the issue. For a Christian, we believe Jesus IS God, not a prophet. The Islamic scriptures don't believe in the gospel of Christ. And in a marriage, both people should consider what their scriptures say. In the Bible, it says don't be unequally yoked🤷♀️
Allah is not God Allah says I'm one I'm not a father nor a son of anyone But God has a son "Jesus Christ" God is a father of all of us. God is Father, Holy Spirit and Jesus, but Allah is one, how can be Allah is God? You can use any name for anyone but you can not change the reality
A reality where the book has no manuscripts no official eyewitness authors and where the modern new testament scholars give information that the disciples of Jesus didn't write their books. As Moses before and to Muhammad have said never to associate God with partners of any kind and Jesus himself saying He can't do it with his own and the Father is above the son
You are saying “God is Father, Holy Spirit and Jesus” but you are not saying “Father, Holy Spirit and Jesus are Gods” you are also uniting them in one God. So this is your answer to the question “how can be Allah is God?
I as a Christian woman also felt like this wasn't necessary. She might feel comfortable but for the sake of the video and preaching Christ... It gives Christian women a bad name.
This is sad and at the end of the day when the children grow up they will be taken into the next Islamic faith when wil Christian’s love Jesus more than their selfish desires and this truly saddens me. May God have mercy on the souls and the only thing I pray is for this relationship to draw the men to Christ ✝️
In inter religious relationships with muslims, why is the woman usually the non-muslim partner and the man the muslim partner? Why not the other way round? I find this highly misogynistic. It should be more like 50-50, with neither partner having to necessarily convert.
My guy, this is an awkward remark, there are plenty of muslim women who marry outside of their religion. Just cause christian women do it more often doesnt make it mysoginistic. Are you gonna force muslim women to marry christians to make it more balanced?🤔🤨🤣
You are not happy you are in a compromise, you were afraid of being alone, don't you know Again and again in Bible it is said fear not but you were in a fear of being unmarried, you didn't have a firm faith in Jesus Christ so you will remain in a compromise and in difficult situation, you look happy but your husband looks in a compromise, shame on you, you left your firm faith because of man it is a curse to believe on a man than on God
In 2 Corinthians 6:14 believers in Christ are warned, “Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness?” While there may be affection and attraction, fundamental partnership and fellowship are lacking in an interfaith So you guy have to separate. How are your kids gonna know what religion to follow. You will confuse them. Trust me, I’m sorry Gods word. your marriage will not last Your still going against God’s word and your own religious rules regardless and going away from God. Pray and repent your sins. , John 14:6 - “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through me.” All of man's questions of life are answered in this verse
Actually according to the Bible if a Christian woman is married to an unbeliever then she must NOT divorce him: *And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy. [1 Corinthians 7:13-14]* Qur'an also allows Muslim men to marry Christian women: *Today all good things have been made lawful for you. The food of the People of the Book is lawful for you as your food is lawful for them. So are chaste, believing, women as well as chaste women of the people who were given the Scripture before you..." [Qur'an 5:5]*
Kevgil, I am on your side but this verse is for people considering marriage not for those already married. The Bible teaches married people to not divorce their spouse if they are unbelievers but rather to set an example through their righteousness. An example is raising children to love our God. Children must not be raised in a false faith. If the other partner leaves then that is their choice.
No one can love you more than Jesus Christ, if you obey your religion and he his, then don't you obey JESUS CHRIST? Don't you know that you are body of Jesus Christ??? How body of JESUS can be of anyone else? You are humiliating the value of Jesus's cross, you married him just because he loved you and you loved him, you loved him because he was stubborn but you don't know Jesus loved you more than him Jesus was so stubborn that He gave His life for you, remember leave him if he don't respect and trust your father God than dont care about him because he doesn't care about your father, you are in a darkness baby, soon you will see he will not allow his children to be Christian. If you are in your religion then why you don't obey your religion???? And by your video what are you teaching to others???

Any union with a Muslim is not permissable in Christianity. Muslims with Christian spouses are married to Christians who are compromised and living in willful sin
I'm really happy to see you guys made it, not many people have these open and noble thoughts like you guys, really appreciate it.
Break it off. It's a tough but faithful and wise decision to make.
How’s it going honey? Are you both still dating?
Break it off now before it’s too late. In the long term there will be many more problems created which would inevitably result in divorce later on, but that divorce will be much bitter and will come with consequences such as destruction of family and could impact mental health of children. I am saying this as a Muslim as well
No offense, but he will not change
You know, in our religion, it's not allowed to convert to different faith
And one thing important
If you marry a Muslim man, then children will have to follow Islam, not Christianity
That's the Islamic rules
So either you convert or leave him
Otherwise, accept his term and carry on
I've been married to a man who had Muslim father and despite him saying he is not Muslim, the strictness is there and male centeredness.

But muslim say jejus is prophet not son of god and they follow mohammed not jejus so if you know about full of story so shut your mouth
Issue happens with children. In Christianity, marriage is mainly for raising a family in Christ. A Christian father or mother is duty bound to raise children in christian faith, as Christ would want to. This can make conflicts with a muslim spouse, as they would also want to raise children in Islamic faith.
Why muslim women's then not allowed to marry Christian if they are same faith I mean similar

Its explicitly said that a Muslim man (he also to be a virgin, as mentioned in the Quran) can marry people of the book that are chaste (modest and a Virgin). Some scholars add more criteria’s when analysing the Hadith and Quran that the Christian or Jewish female should be from an Islamic country. Some people go even further to say that the Christian or Jew should believe in God and not a man (who only certain types of Christians that don’t see Jesus as God which is very rare nowadays).
But the minimum criteria is that she should be a Christian or Jew that is chaste (Virgin and modest). The reason for all of these criteria is to ensure that the marriage will be successful in the long term so chance of divorce is less (chance of divorce between muslim man and non muslim daughter is often high) and the father’s children will be highly likely to be raised as muslim. Thus, overall when looking at the picture, it is discouraged for a Muslim man to marry a non muslim woman, and a muslim that is very practicing and has strong faith will never marry a non muslim women, due to the complications and also due to the fact that piety, and religiousness holds more weight that blind love and beauty.

God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.”
I John 4:15-16 NKJV
If he rejects Christ but lives a healthy life and doesn’t drink or smoke, he does not inherit eternal life.

Imma say this. People certainly can be respectful of each others religion but what should we do when the religions itself do not respect each other? When you read and learn both Islam and Christianity you will see that they are opposite in their teachings. Just because you chose to focus on the similarities does not mean that the core teachings and values align. It will just create confusion for the next generation of kids. They will end up just as you- not serious in either religion and certainly consumed. On the other hand, they can be serious and then that can cause division in the family. You made these choices now but you will be the once facing the consequences of such decisions later.

@@syedhafiz25Its explicitly said that a Muslim man (he also to be a virgin, as mentioned in the Quran) can marry people of the book that are chaste (modest and a Virgin).
I just wrote this to clear up any confusions anyone watching might have about Islamic rulings on Muslim men marrying Christian and Jewish women
same question

If you would truly research about holy trinity, youd see that it doenst make sense that God is imortal yet he (Jesus) died. How can in immortal die? These kind of contradicts doesnt exist in islam. In media yes, but not when you truly study it.
God is God. We as human beings do not get to decide what he can and cannot do or be. God can literally do anything he wants, he can create something out or nothing and he has no beginning or end; death is not an end to God. If he chose to sleep for 3 days and get up, who are you to say he cannot? If you do not believe that Jesus is God then say that but do not disrespect the creator of the universe by putting foolish limitations on him just because your brain cannot understand.

What i dont understand is who is the true god? I believe in there is a god so i pray to god but who is the 1 god how does anyone know who is the real god, Christian or Muslim?
ALLAH is the GOD, and JESUS is the prophet or messenger of God and he is called the Messiah in the Quran

Not allowed. Even Muslim men marrying Christian or Jewish women is very discouraged and there is several criteria for it.
Okay, so we have established that it is "possible " for a Christian to marry a Muslim, but is it right in the eyes of God? Is it scriptural ? Remember what the Bible says, that we should not be yolked together with unbelievers, and what does light have with darkness? I myself am in this position and am struggling with it as a Christian.
You do know Muslims believe in Jesus, right? They just believe there's another part to the bible.

Allah says I'm one
I'm not a father nor a son of anyone
But God has a son "Jesus Christ" God is a father of all of us.

In inter religious relationships with muslims, why is the woman usually the non-muslim partner and the man the muslim partner? Why not the other way round? I find this highly misogynistic. It should be more like 50-50, with neither partner having to necessarily convert.
My guy, this is an awkward remark, there are plenty of muslim women who marry outside of their religion. Just cause christian women do it more often doesnt make it mysoginistic. Are you gonna force muslim women to marry christians to make it more balanced?🤔🤨🤣

Actually according to the Bible if a Christian woman is married to an unbeliever then she must NOT divorce him:
*And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.
[1 Corinthians 7:13-14]*
Qur'an also allows Muslim men to marry Christian women:
*Today all good things have been made lawful for you.
