What do you mean when you say Anima will give you the actual design code and not functionality? So it will only provide the CSS/HTMl?

Core functionalities need to build specially the logic.

So, you wouldn't be able to call APIs, login/logout, etc. as well as if there is any logic that goes beyond the very simple interactions figma is able to 'mock'

Sometimes you want to launch something really fast and quick time without investing in development then Amina is good, but it only gives you UI and not complete logic.
