Mexican American here. I make homemade birria all the time and I’ve never added cinnamon to my consome. lol 😭 Next time I recommend you guys add lemon, salsa or tapatio, and cilantro + chopped onion maybe a little salt to your consome. Makes a huge difference! 🙂

I live in san diego california which is right next to the mexico border so theres mexican food at every corner but i havent found any Birria that i really like yet .
