- According to SDPD, lifeguards say they were military flares, but Camp Pendleton and NAS North Island say they have no idea what the lights were.
I am a recently retired US Veteran (20+ years). I had multiple MOS' during this time to include naval gunnery and ordinance - this included seaborne flares and chaff ordinance. These are NOT flares or chaff of any kind, folks. It highly disappoints me than the US military would falsely lay claim to these, or that they would outright lie to the public. Flares don't hold geometric patterns or formations, nor do hover at a fixed point or elevation then subsequently transit along a level flight path. These are UAP. Sure, maybe a naval unit was coincidently holding excerises off shore that night, but these objects has nothing to do with any 'flares' fired off.

Thank you for your comment on this. I was getting ready to google flares. I didn’t think flares could stay up in the air like that and I needed to find out if I was right. And I almost looked up Expired flares , like those might last longer in the air. LOL😂
@@MLD-RN You're welcome! Lol. For you're awareness - expired or malfunctioning flares and pyrotechnics usually behaves the same as the unexpired stuff... and it definitely doesn't gain strange abilities or otherworldy flight characteristics when expired 😉.
I was in the military as well and have heard stories. The dedication to obscuring these events and denying what they are is frustrating and has to amount to some sort of crime. I want to know why they're so staunch on not publicly investigating, what do they have to lose? What are they hiding? Why?

Why? These have all of the attributes of military flares. I see them often where I live. They drift slowly downward and go out in sequence with lower ones going out first because they were deployed first. Their brightness fluctuates and they are this exact color. There is no anomalous movement relative to each other or the camera - they simply drift slowly downward & go out in sequence.
Flares! Its beyond embarrassing the excuses they are coming up with. Imagine if people actually believe its flares.
@@Dec2012omg I think maybe the opposite is true - as it is apparent you don’t know much about the flight characteristics and appearance of illumination flares. These are textbook military illumination flares.

I don't know if it's a UFO or not, but definitely we humans can use drones for making similar sightings.
Edit: so I just saw a comment below that says that we don't have the technology to emit light in the same magnitude these objects emitted, that means they aren't drones. Then they should be UFOs.
The same thing happened on Oahu last night at 2:30am and they looked exactly the same orange balls.

I agree total rubbish they are flares - not flaring anywhere. Obviously they are in a formation of fixed lights on some air/craft x 2. You can see the craft outline around them

If Camp Pendleton and the local military had no idea what the lights were, why wouldn't they scramble jets to investigate? I would imagine this would be important for the defense of our country, at least...

Looks similar to what I saw in Kissimmee last year. The dots were in a line then in triangular positions then zoomed upward. Wasn't able to get a video unfortunately due to light from street lights being too bright but got a decent pic when they were in the triangle formation.
I saw this about 3 years ago in Santa Clarita California. 1 red light appeared coming up from the mountains then 2 more joined . And they eneded up making a triangle. Then they just disappeared. My parents didn't belive me. But 3 or 2 days after it happend again and this time I managed to tell my parents and they came outside with the neighbors and saw the whole thing .... they didn't know what to say

I just saw this tonight working late all of the street lights went off about 11:45 pm in Atlanta and looked out there is a full moon but then seen these lights the same way rectangular and it was moving slowly but by the time I got outside my house it moved so fast and dissappeared. Amazing.

These were at my house that night! I live in Baja Rosarito, at a place called Baja Malibu and these lights came right in front of my house. Just right on the beach. Not miles to the north not miles to the South not miles out to sea but on our beach. Right over in abandoned condominium complex. So they were right in front of us. These are not flares. Give me a f****** break. It formed a diamond formation with one in the middle. Then the one in the middle disappeared and it was a diamond formation with four then it turned to six then three then six again. I ran down there and the security guards that have been flashing their lights up on the building for some reason we're freaking out and did not want me to go down there. I got it on film and pictures. But none of it do it justice when you see it yourself.

I determined through analysis that the reason the UFO/UAP have "lights" or occasionally show up in a lit up fashion is due to their "anti collision".
Modern airplanes have TCAS/Radar and other means to avoid collisions in the sky. These UFOUAP most likely just rely on Illumination to avoid hitting each other. It would make sense to just turn the lights on so to speak to avoid slamming into each other and creating a constant stream of roswell style crashes.
The most recent verified sighting was in San Diego. You may be thinking "oh its military". I have bad news for you again. The amount of illumination in "lumens" or "candela" is actually so impressive we dont have anything that can do it. They are putting out incredibly bright lighting possibly in the tens of millions of candela in a completely circular fashion, this suggests enormous wattage/amps to power the lights. There is nothing out there that can do it, let alone "5" or so lit objects.

There was wind that evening, from my armchair I haven’t found any darn flare lasting longer then 5 minutes even with a mini fire proof parachute this don’t make no sense, they don’t move there was some wind if you look at Diego weather reports for that evening, you would see it, maybe drone exercises? Civilian high end 30 minute batteries. Maybe 2 hours ultra high end or more for non civilian grade…

I used to see these exact things back in 94 when I was a kid doing a morning paper round in Essex U.K.
There was always 2/3 of them, sometimes positioned differently in the sky, but always what seemed about 20 miles away in a south westerly direction.
For about a year or two I would see them in the morning and then as sun came up they would flicker out and dissapear
Me too when I was a kid late 80''s around 1988 0r 89 in Australia but it was just one.
I was outside can't remember the time but it was still daylight and a clear blue sky. I noticed a bright orange ball in the sky, (like these) but it was further away than these. I remember thinking why can I see a star in the middle of the day? so I sat down to watch it when suddenly it disappeared for about 5 seconds and re appeared in a different spot in the sky. Long story short, it kept doing that for about 30 seconds but each time kept speeding up and appearing at greater distances apart at random points around the skyline, up down left right ect as fast as you could switch a light on and off until it just vanished for good.
I've never seen anything like it since. These and the Phoenix lights are the closest thing to it.

There has been a sudden resurgence of CFCs in our stratosphere and they have been damaging the ozone layer and resulting in these high UVs we are recently experiencing; San Diego having UV 11. This was a parachute flare training exercise conducted by the Navy. Either mortar fired or hand fired flares. Mortars can rise to 8,000 meters, hand fired to 300 meters. Burn anywhere from 40-50 seconds after a short delay from launch, meaning they light up when they reach their max altitude and the parachute deploys. Up to 1,000,000 candela with a visibility up to 18 nautical miles. This is why you would see the “lights come on, come off,” it’s because they’re launching dozens of these.

Personally i do believe life’s out there but there’s so much we don’t know about the universe.
