  • In this video, we introduce the BLC Label Print Quality Inspection System, specifically designed to detect the three most common RFID write errors: missing write, overwrite, and non-permanent lock.
    The BLC Label Print Inspection System brings a new experience to label printing inspection with its excellent features. Now equipped with comprehensive detection capabilities for RFID labels, the BLC system can effectively identify missing and overwritten data issues, and verify if RFID labels are permanently locked.
    In the video, we demonstrate how BLC accurately detects these anomalies. We start by importing data into the BLC software and simulating missing and overwritten RFID data to showcase the detection performance of BLC.
    Missing Write Detection: When EPC data is empty, BLC will automatically pause printing, display a warning message, and activate an alarm light and buzzer.
    Overwrite Detection: For duplicate EPC data, BLC will also pause printing and trigger an alarm.
    Non-Permanent Lock Detection: After confirming the label status with a handheld RFID reader, BLC will handle the detection results accordingly.
    With these capabilities, the BLC Label Print Quality Inspection System can significantly improve the write quality of RFID labels, ensuring that each label meets the standards and preventing issues caused by faulty labels.
