You are very honest and no pretentions at all,i will love to watch how you and kd will turn your plans into reality and thereby improve your property.good luck to both of you.
Our family had three properties in the Miramichi of New Brunswick, Canada. One which was a century farm with 98 acres over looking the South East branch of the Miramichi river, which was inthe family dating back to the Loyalist. The other was the homestead which had 10 acres where we used to visit on holidays. And the third property was a 2 acre lot on the river bank near to an old covered bridge. Unfortunately, all the properties were sold a few years ago. I wasn't able to take any of them because I already had a house in Southern New Brunswick and because my work was down here. But, my wife has two properties in the PH. One which we just built a house on (1 acre), and the other is 10 hectares further up the mountain. Perhaps we will consider moving there in the future if I can find a way to earn an income overseas. I love family history stories. Especially about homesteads and farms. Thanks for sharing your story. Cheers!
Hi all. Yes it truely amazing how the older generation lived. Even in Australia my father lived in a house the same as your province house. The CR or we called a THUNDER BOX. it was 100 meters away from our house. My old dad work hard as a dairyman.
Hi Nhel it's easy to renovate that farmhouse,if you have the resources, I know you can do it & make it livable ,I'm so proud you pay attention in it ,good luck ,greetings from a Filipina in California
Very nice..Just keep going and doing vlogs like this..This is a game changer vlog very unusual to previous one..the change of scenery so interesting especially countryside lifestyle, informative as well as inspiring..
I think it is better na magpagawa n kyo dyan ng panibagong bahay ,kasi madami ng pagawain at mahirap p yung parepair yan...bka mas mahirap at mamahalan k pa.
Better build a small new /with plan comfortable house. It will cost more money repairing it.Build something new then level that old house to the ground.
It's nice to live in the farm. I'm living in my 8 acres here in South Carolina USA. I'm going to live in the farm when I go home in the Philippines. I have 5 hectares in Dinagat Island overlooking the ocean. No house there and nobody is taking care the land because my brothers and their children are lazy. I can't wait to come home and work in it. I'm never lazy. I can't live to let the day go by without doing something. I love being outside soaking up the sun. The heat of the sun is medicine to me. I'll be 62 in January. I have 4 children 2 of each. No doctor and no medicine. I'm the first and only person in USA that filed and won Social Security Disability Insurance without medical records because I never go to the doctor.
It's a shame that the people who used to live there did not cherish the place and neglected the upkeep of the house. That's a lot of money to fix and upgrade the house. Good thing your family took over, slowly but surely lang para di ubos pera😅
That's a treasure ! Glad you own it now and will take care of it !

Wala siguro kakayanan na ayusin ang bahay ng lola mo.unahin muna nila ang para malagyan ang tiyan.
The place needs lot of work, you need a person who is very handy. Your cousin do not respect people's property. Hope everything turns out ok.
You are my favorite RUclipsr!! #1 subs provider -> *Promo sm*!!
