Love the video very informative. Im getting ready to build an outdoor kitchen. Im new to the serious grilling seen but starting to learn. Im thinking about buy this grill. How do you like and would you recommend this grill over just a normal gas grill? Also how does the grill perform just on gas?
It work wonderful just as a gas grill but the benefits is the hybrid ability to cook over wood or lump charcoal. This grill give you the best of both worlds and there are only a few makers of this style which also makes it very unique. I love it!
I was looking at this grill and a lynx professional but doesn’t have the hybrid capability. Does the American muscle replace a smoker. I’m torn between the American muscle and buying a Lynx and a smoker
@@KeithParker-sw5ju It does not replace a smoker but it is levels above a tradition gas grill because you can add lump, wood or charcoal to get that smoky flavor.
