Is it the norm to leave the account of someone under investigation unfrozen Or it is just a way of exonerating themselves ( the commission) of the allegation by say Bobriskys account was never frozen for a second?
The Rep should go further to request for the bank account of Rolanko Elele (Bobs brother where the money was deposited) and should further find out where the said amount eventually entered)
Bobrisky should, in addition be made to write out what the prison where he occupied looked like if truly, he occupied one (afterall, VDM should be able to describe the interior of The House of Rep after visiting the place today)
