My mom sent me this video because I've been struggling mentally with having a fupa lately. I'm a size 14 but really don't look it and I'm only 5'3. I got fupa having two kids but this video has given me ideas and makes me feel better.

I’m pretty much exactly the same! 5’1, size 12/14. Hourglass but since having two kids the fupa is crazy lol.

I have the same shape now after having two babies, both c-section. The recovery was awful and I got really sick after. I’m honestly just thankful to God to be healthy and feeling good. I am still beautiful even at a much higher weight for me. Mama to mama, I hope you’re feeling beautiful still 💖

I am a size 6 with a fupa most times in a small, so fupa do not discriminates on size, genetics have a lot to do with it. But I usually do what she describes, so no one actually sees fupa.

Sameee. I was heavier before(238) got down to 220 and I lost more weight and I’m now 210! Shockingly the key is eating More nutritious foods and burning at minimum a quarter of that. So for example eating the calories according to the goal weight you want. My goal is 200 lbs. My total calories is 200 x 12 = 2400 and I strategically make sure that my protein intake is 200 x .6 = 120 grams. I burn anywhere between 670 calories(only my walking days) to 1000 Cal (full body intense workout and swim with walking) so yeah definitely keep finding wat works and try it out! I’m the same height & 27y/o btw. Good luck! 🥰🫂🙆🏽‍♀️

Hey girl hey! I'm so glad you did this video. I came across an old photo of me 20 years ago and it made me feel some type of way. I looked super small (dare I say it, I looked thin), but I thought I was a big girl even back then...and it made me a little sad that I never really accepted myself and my body. The mind is such a powerful thing. I have some progress to make but I'm definitely more confident now than I was back then. Guurrlll...she's (I'm) BEAUTIFUL and FABULOUS!!!😜 You bring so much love and light to this platform. Thank you for the reminder and for being a blessing!💜💜💜

Thank you so much for sharing and your encouragement. I can't wait to try these tips. It's so hard to find flattering outfits for my body shape. I have a short torso and long legs. My belly splits like the equator, directly in the middle, so it's like I have a top and bottom muffin. LOL. SMH. I've always been larger up top and smaller at the bottom. Ugggg. It can be soooo frustrating. Wish me luck!
