- It's been 4 days since I viewed Father of Flies and I honestly still don't know if I liked it or not, I'm honestly still trying to take in the final act and make sense of it all, anyways feel free to check my review and see if you agree with my final analysis of this flick and as always thanks so much for watching..........H

The Mask is a 90s Rejuvinique facial toner that was a informercial joke then. I use to flip those on ebay often. I think they were rave favs. They are still about $50 and up.

This is one of those films that is such an amazing visceral experience and so visually interesting that it could almost be successful based on the ambiance alone. In the end, however, I think that this is what makes it so frustrating. It's something that could have been exceptional if there had been context, history and character development along with the experience of it all. I understand that it is a low budget film but that wasn't the problem. It looks great and it is chilling simply based on the aesthetics. Ultimately, I felt disappointed because all I could think about was it's potential to have been something exceptional but it just kind of dropped the ball. Despite it's flaws, I was intrigued and enjoyed watching it regardless of my frustrations. It was extremely creepy and interesting to experience: it just could have been so much more. And while I enjoy a bit of a puzzle, I think that purposefully making it this confusing detracted from what could have been a very thought provoking and really good film. So I totally feel you: did I like this movie or not? I still haven't really decided. Regardless, I'd say it's worth the watch.
SPOILER!!!!!!?bother with this movie, I don’t get the title it had nothing to do with anything an it all just stunk there is hardly any dialogue they are all odd there is no explanation of the constant mask or reasoning. Awful movie. I’m mad it cost me $4.99 to rent an I fell asleep watching it so started over an it was awful nothing made sense not the old lady not anything an slow is not the word there is no background for anything going on or happening again there was hardly any talking. I might be missing something or not understanding something. I get the boy is dead but then why did she rope the door to not open just nothing made sense.
Nothing can save this film.

Nice! I haven't seen it but so far sounds like a twist as the movie The Boy gives. I would love to see a review of Jenifer the old horror movie or maybe into the psychoanalysis of Lost Girls and Love Hotels. Alexandria Dadario is in it. Or if something new I would say Lamb from studios A24 which in my honest opinion was a huge disappointment

The mask is a ripoff of goodnight mommy added in for advertising.
Definitely don't watch this movie.
