Great video. I wanna touch on one thing you could change though. You touched on it for a second. If someone makes the change on one login, it chages it for all users. You can counteract this by using a Global Command to "Set" the point back to true once someone logs off. For us, we use a logoff button on a sidebar, and have it linked to a Global Command from the "VykonProUtil" module. Once they click the logoff button, you can have invoke the action of the global command by having it hit a OneShot. And if all else fails, just have a trigger hit at midnight or some other random time where nobody would be logged in. Other than that, it's great information for people trying to add that little extra that others don't.
Hi, Thanks for your comprehensive explanation. I had a a question about multilevel pxinclude. If you can pass variable to the deepest px file in multilevel pxinclude?
Nice video, like your information. I’m looking to do something similar, instead of showing unit ID (VAV-1-1) and room name below it. I would like only one label that you can toggle through a check box px to switch its view to show unit ID or room name. This will help in minimizing my px include size while giving the end user a function that is useful in their daily interaction. Looking forward to your next video…
Hi Matt, great video! I would like to do something similar with graphics, but user specific and show/hide base on screen size. On a desktop/laptop it is fine to have the floor plan, on a tablet/mobile just the zone info. Is this possible, or is there a better way?
It sounds like the ResponsivePane and FlowPane in the bajaui palette are probably along the lines of what you are looking for. They are specifically for doing this kind of responsive design, where you want to change how things are displayed based on window size. -MW
The idea of making niagara more "modern" and then the only check box they have is that terrible little basic one. I wish they would invest some time in revamping the graphics packages and less time releasing new "features" on untested versions
While I agree with the sentiment that a more modern looking web interface and px pages would be nice, I think Tridium’s approach of ensuring feature parity in views, etc between the web interface and Workbench is the more important work to be done now. For the modern interface now, Reflow is a good option though it does come with a little additional cost. -MW
Would be nice if niagara had a duct work image library.
Great Tutorial! Thanks for creating it.

Great video!
Can you make a graphics tips and tricks video, please?

Hello, is this black line with end dot a single element? Or a line and a circle? (2 elements)

Hi Matt,
Where did you get your floor plan? Or which software did you use to build it?
Thanks
These floorplans were made by QA Graphics. -MW
Nice job!
